Abstract

Tootmestamise käigus kasutas töö autor Sumar Tools OÜ võimalikke ressursse, lisaks selgus vajadus tellida ettefreesimine allhankest, kuna kohapeal oleks kujunenud täpsemate pinkide tõttu detailide ettefreesimine kulukamaks. Keerulisteks momentideks olid detailide kinnituse lahendamine, mis sai lahenduse tehnoloogiliste avade lisamisega ning freesimisel programmeerimisel vajadus vältida äkkpidurdusi, lisaks tuli äärmiselt täpselt sisestada tööriistade parameetrid programmi. Tootmestamise tulemusel on olemas ettevõttes kõik vajalikud teadmised, et alustada koostude tootmisega. Lisaks on olemas tarnijate ja allhanke teenuse pakkumised. Ratsionaalse tootmestamise käigus selgus, et kasutades tootmestamises ettenähtud protsesse ja marsruuti, kujuneb kliendi poolt küsitud tellimuse tootmine kasumlikuks ning ettevõtte on võimeline tarnima koostud ettenähtud tarneajaks.

Abstract [en]

During the pre production, the author used the availabe resources of Sumar Tools OÜ, in addition cleard the need of outsourcing for premilling, as it would have been more expensive to cut the details in the company because of more precise machines. The complicated moments were solving the fixing of the parts, which was solved by adding technological openings and in milling programming because the need to avoid sudden braking, in addition the parameters of the tools had to be entered very precisely. As a result of the pre production, the company has all the necessary knowledge to start manufacturing the assemblies. There are also quotations availabe for suppliers and outsourcing services. During rational pre production, it became clear that using the pre production processes and route, the production of the customer ordered order becomes profitable and the company is able to deliver the assemblies for the specified delivery time.
