Abstract

Lõputöös töötati välja silelõikestantsi „LS3868_Shipping stop“ valmistamistehnoloogia. Lõputöö on kirjutatud AS Norma baasil. Valmistava silelõikestantsi toote tootmise kirjelduses seletati lahti toote ülesanne ning tootmisprogramm. Silelõikestantsi konstruktsiooni kirjelduses kirjeldati stantsi töö protsess ning templite ja matriitside poole konstruktsioon. Analüüsiti tehnoloogiat vajavate silelõikestantsi komponentide ning nende materjalide omadusi. Koostati silelõikestantsi komponentide valmistamiseks tehnoloogilised maršruudid. Kirjeldati silelõikestantsi komponentide valmistamiseks kasutatavat traaterosioontehnoloogiat, koos komponentide valmistamiseks kuluva lõikeaegade arvutustega. Seejärel kirjeldati silelõikestantsi komponentide valmistamist enne ja peale termotöötlust freesimistehnoloogiat koos kasutatavate režiimide arvutustega. Lõpuks arvutati valmistava silelõikestantsi omahind. Lõputöös kirjeldatud tehnoloogia järgi valmistati silelõikestants tähistusega „LS3868_Shipping stop“. Teostati tootmiskatsed, mille tulemused olid head ning silelõikestantsiga hakati tootma fiksaatorit. Kokkuvõtteks sai silelõike stantsi „LS3868_Shipping stop“ valmistamistehnoloogia välja töötatud ning lõputöö eesmärk on saavutatud.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the thesis is to make manufacturing technology for components of fineblanking „LS3868_Shipping stop“. The thesis is based on a tool shop division of the public limited company Norma. In the description of the product manufacturing of fineblanking, product function and production program were explained. In the title of the fineblanking construction described the process of the fineblanking work and the construction of the die and templates. Analysis of the properties of the materials and of the different manufacturing processes that are needed for components of the fineblanking was done. Also were created technological routes for the manufacturing of fineblanking components. In the wire electrical discharge machining part of the thesis, the wire electrical discharge machining process with the calculation of cutting times for the process was described. This was followed by a description of the milling technology before and after heat treatment. In addition, was calculated milling cutting data. Also finally was calculated net cost for the manufacturing of the fineblanking. Using manufacturing technology that was described in the thesis, manufactured fineblanking „LS3868_Shipping stop“. Fineblanking „LS3868_Shipping stop“ was tested and the results were good. In conclusion, manufacturing technology for components of the fineblanking „LS3868_Shipping stop“ was successfully created and the target of the thesis achieved
