Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli uurida mootorite ja generaatorite jahutuslehtede keevitamise automatiseerimise võimalusi ja leida tehnoloogia, mis oleks võimaldaks keevitada jahutustikud lakitud semiorgaanilise kattega elektrotehnilisele teraslehele. Lõputöö raames sai loodud 3D mudel etteandelauast koos kõigi tootegruppide variatsioonidega. Väga põhjaliku tooteportfelli analüüsimisel sai kaardistatud kõik tänasel päeval ABB AS-is toodetavate jahtuslehtede erinevad disainid, BOM struktuuri, erinevad materjalid ja nende erinevused. Selle analüüsi põhjal oli võimalik valida ABB robotite, lisaseadmete, haaratsite, ja keevitusaparaat. On Fronius GmbH poolt toodetud Deltaspot keevitus seadet koos elektroode kaitsva terasest protsessiteibiga. Fronius GmbH Austrias üksuses sai keevitatud jahutustikud kõikidele erinevatele elektrotehnilistele teraslehtedele ja seejärel neid katsetatud toote valmistamisel käigus ABB AS Jüri tehases. Majanduslikus osas on koostatud tasuvusarvestus süsteemile. Arvesse sai võetud olemasolevate toodete hinnad, ning arvutatud tootmises saavutatav kokkuhoid. Lõputöö eesmärk sai täidetud, on välja valitud erinevate tootjate seadmed ja kirjeldatud nende tööpõhimõtet. Kontaktkeevitamise seade on korduvalt katsetatud ja tunnistatud sobivaks püstitatud eesmärgi saavutamiseks.

Abstract [en]

Aim of this thesis was to research the possibility of automating the welding of electric motors and generators air duct sheets. Find the technology that is capable of welding the air duct sticks on varnished semi-organic electrotechnical steel. During a very thorough analysis of all the product groups in ABB AS, full mapping of the portfolio was composed with all the different design’s, BOM structures, materials and from what respect they are different from each other. With the information gathered from this analysis the correct robots, accessories, grippers and welding equipment was chosen. The Deltaspot welding power souce from Fronius GmbH with electrode protective process tape was tested. Testpieces welded in Fronius GmbH Austrian unit using all variations of electrotechnical steel and afterward used in producing a stator in ABB AS Jüri factory. Profitability calculations were made for the full project. In to the profitability calculation the savings were taken account from material cost reduction and production time savings. The goal of the graduation thesis was fulfilled, the equipment of the various tools selected and the principle of their operation were described. The contact welding device has been repeatedly tested and found to be suitable for achieving the intended purpose.
