Abstract

Käesoleva töö eesmärgiks seatud tootearendusprojekti edendamine põhitegevusalalt soojustehnilise projekteerimisega tegelevas ettevõttes Soojuspartner OÜ käsitles erinevates etappides mitut teemat puudutavat aspekti. Esmalt tutvuti turul levinud toodetega ning nende tööpõhimõtetega. Leiti küttelahenduste hinnaklassid ning positisioneeriti kavandav toode turul pakutava hulka. Tutvuti ka laiemas perspektiivis valdkonna riiklike arengusuundadega ning tehti informatsioonist järeldusi, mida edaspidistes otsustes arvestada. Toote konstrueerimise käigus järgiti vastavust kehtivate tehniliste nõuetega ning töötati välja koostamise tehnoloogia. Teostati katla ankursidemete tehnilise lahenduse välja töötamine ning spetsifitseeriti keevisliidete loomistega seonduv. Tootearendusprojekt nõudis praktilist teostust ning seega oli vaja kavandada ning läbi viia üksikeksemplari valmistamine. Toimunud valmistamise protsessi käigus omandati mitmekülgset informatsiooni tehnoloogilistest ning majanduslikest aspektidest, mis aitab kujundada hinnangut kavadatavast tootest. Kavandatud toote realiseerimishind 2382 € kujunes konkurentsivõimeliseks samaväärsete konkureerivate toodetega. Tööde tulemusena valmistatud toote katsetamine andis kinnitust lahenduste toimivusest. Samuti tuvastati ootuspäraselt mõned lahendamist vajavad probleemid ning täiendamist või kulude kokkuhoiu nimel optimeerimist vajavad lahendused. Üldine ettevõttesisene hinnang katla prototüübi esmastele katsetulemustele kujunes positiivseks. Toote valmistamise käigus omandatud tehnoloogilise teadmistepagasi peamine väärtus avaldub seeriatootmise parema kavandamise näol. Omandatut arvesse võttes spetsifitseeriti seadmed, mida kasutades on võimalik valitud tootmismahtude saavutamine. Tootmisüksuse komplekteerimiseks vajatavate seadmete investeeringu mahuks kujunes hinnanguliselt 120000 € ning tootmismahul 120 tk aastas osutuks realiseerimishinna 2382 € juures vajatava investeeringu tasuvusajaks 2,4 aastat. Kalkulatsioon tugines vaid kavandatud tootele ning tasuvuse garanteerimiseks tuleks jätkata seadmete koormuse tõstmisega. Selleks nähakse ette tootevaliku laiendamise ning tootmisesse juurutamise vajadust. Tootearenduse käigus tehnilisi lahendusi parendades on võimalik saavutada täiendav omahinna langus. Kuna kõigis eeltoodud aspektides toimus suuremahulisi arenguid toote loomise suunas, saab ette võetud töö eesmärke saavutatuks lugeda.

Abstract [en]

The objective of thesis Constructing a Small Boiler Prototype was set to construct and manufacture a small central heating boiler prototype for product development purposes. The project was initiated by thermal engineering company Soojuspartner OÜ for potentially branching out to manufacturing boilers. First section of work is focused on the introducion of operation principles of small central heating boilers along with examples of the products offered by selection of local resellers. Additionally the local economic development plans for energy sector were reflected. This resulted in an brief overview of the market conditions and comparison price ranges for positioning potential product on the market. Based on the given information about product technical details as well as the affiliated standards and regulations, a model of the prototype was construted. The model was then used for manufacturing processes of a one prototype boiler. Manufacturing took place as a result of work by multiple small companies. The prototype was then used for testing purposes to determine the efficiency and other important parameters about the boiler. Results of tests affirmed that the boiler is capable to reach desired parameters. Also, some improvements in emmissions parameters and manufacturing cost saving aspects were aknowledged. Based on the information gathered during both the planning and conducting of manufacturing, a economy analysis of manufacturing costs was made. Additionally, production equipment and other nessecary investments were specified for serial production planning part of the economic analysis. The equipment investments required for starting production of 120 units per annum was estimated to 120000 €. At the required sale price of 2382 €, the profitability of production can be attained over a period of 2,4 years. The required sale price is found out to be competetive to other products on the local market. However, as the workload of selected equipment was not fully filled, the company aknowledges the need for further development of product ranges. Attained information about the product, manufaturing aspects and economic calculations resulted in an overview of the starting costs as well as potential revenue presented by manufacturing given product. Therefore taking in account the multiple developments of product manufacturing plans, the objective of thesis was fulfilled.
