Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö käigus võrreldi kolme võimalikku tootmistehnoloogiat detailile „Ristlüli“ ja optimeeriti tootmiskulusid, et leida kulusäästlikum tootmisviis . Töökäigus defineeriti ning kaardistati kolme tehnoloogia tootmisprotsessid. Koostati materjali-, tööriista-, ajakulu koondtabelid. Lõputöö esimeses osas kirjeldati probleemi ning põhjendati lõputöö teema valikut. Tutvustati baasettevõtet ning kirjeldati detaili. Teises osas defineeriti kolme erinevat tootmistehnoloogiat. Teostati tehnoloogiatele sobiliku profiiliga materjali valikud. Tutvustati ettevõttel olemasolevat masinaparki, mille võimekusest sõltus varasem tootmistehnoloogia. Määrati siirded ja lõikerežiimid. Arvutati operatsiooni ajad ning võrdlemiseks koostati kolme erineva tehnoloogia tükiaegade põhjal koondtabel. Tabeli põhjal selgus, et tehnoloogia nr3. on kõige väiksema ajakuluga. Rakise projekteerimise osas projekteeriti tehnoloogia nr3. jaoks A-telje pöördlauale rakis ja rakise võll. Projekteerimisel kasutati võimalikult palju rakise standardelemente. Rakisele teostati vajaliku kinnitusjõu ning klambri poolt tekitatava kinnitusjõu arvutused. Lisaks rakise plaatide vahetamisel tekkiv paigaldustäpsus arvutused. Lõputöö majanduslikus osas koostati tehnoloogiate võrdlemiseks tabelid. Materjalikulu tabelites toodi välja tehnoloogiate eri profiili teraste kulu ja maksumus. Selgus, et tehnoloogia nr.2 on kõige väiksema materjalikuluga. Tööriistakulu tabelites märgiti üles vajaminevad tööriistad nende kasutusaeg, püsivusaeg ja arvutati vajaminev tööriistade kogus. Võrdlemisel selgus, et kõige väiksema tööriistade kuluga on tehnoloogia nr3. Rakise kulu koondtabel koostati nelja rakise komplekti valmistamise kohta. Koondtabelitest saadud tulemuste järgi võib lugeda lõputöö tulemus positiivseks. Kõige kulusäästlikum tootmisviis on tehnoloogia nr3.

Abstract [en]

In this thesis, three possible production technologies were compared to "Crosslink" and production costs were optimized in order to find a more cost-effective way of production. During the work, the production processes were defined and mapped. Consumption tables of material costs, tool costs and time spent, were created. The first chapter of the thesis described the problem and justified the choice of the thesis topic. The base company was introduced and the detail was described. The second chapter defined three different production technologies. Selection of material with the appropriate profile for the technologies was performed. The company was introduced to an existing machine park, whose capacity was dependent on earlier production technology. Transitions and cut modes were determined. The times of the operation were calculated, and a summary table was compiled based on the time periods of the three different technologies. The table showed that technology number 3. is the least time consuming. In the jig’s design chapter designed jig and a jigs’s shaft for the A-axis rotary table. As many as possible of the standard elements were used in the design. Strength and accuracy calculations were performed on the jig. The stack cost table was compiled for a set of four jigs. In the economic chapter of the thesis, tables were compiled to compare the technologies. The material cost and cost of different profile steels was added to the material cost tables. It turned out that technology number 2. is the least material costly. In the tool cost tables, the required tools were noted. Added their lifetime, durability and the required number of tools were calculated. Comparison showed that the lowest tool cost is technology number 3. The stack cost table was compiled for a set of four jigs. According to the results from the tables, the outcome of the thesis can be considered positive. The most cost-effective production method is technology number 3.
