Abstract

Lõputöö projekti käigus valmis parendatud versioon LED indikatsioonilampide test- ja markeerimisseadmest. Parendamise käigus kasutati sobivamaid täitureid ning lahendusi, millega saavutati kiirem tsükli- ning oluliselt kiirem seadistamisaeg. Peamine ajaline võit tuli indekseeritava modulaarse pöördaluse rakendamisest, mis võimaldab testri ühe lambi seadest teise seadesse viia 20 minuti asemel 5 minutiga. Modulaarne pöördalus on kasulik ka seetõttu, et uue toote testimise juurutamisel saab võrdlemisi kiiresti uued tootepõhised pesa ja käppade moodulid printida. Teine ajalise võidu koht on uus markeerimisprinter, mis võimaldab ligi kolm korda suuremat markeerimisliikumise kiirust tuues keskmise tsükliaja teoreetiliselt 4 sekundi pealt 3,3 sekundi peale. Lisaks kasutati erinevalt eelmisest seadmest valgusspektri andurit, mis tagab täpsemad ning usaldusväärsemad testitulemused. Majandusliku poole pealt oli investeeringute suuruseks 2150,91 eurot, millest ostutoodete peale kulus 1877,67 eurot ning ülejäänud raha eest valmistati diplomandi projekteeritud trei-, frees- ja prindidetailid. Kiiremad seadistamise ning tsükliajad tingisid aastase rahalise võidu suurusjärgus 800 eurot. Võttes arvesse investeeringu ning aastase rahalise võidu suhet, tasub seadme parendamine end ära ca 2,7 aastaga

Abstract [en]

The purpose of the following graduation thesis Improvement of Universal LED Indication Lamps' Test and Marking Device was to improve the overall speed and accuracy of the testing and marking process using more suitable actuators and new methods. The main shortages of the previous device were the time it took to change the test sockets, pneumatic linear guide which had too varying travel speed and an outdated printer with too low of a print speed. The new design uses an indexing six-position turntable which holds six test sockets at a time, an electromechanical linear guide with stepper-motor and a more modern printer with nearly thrice the print speed of the old one. In addition a light sensor was used to test the lamps more thoroughly rather than only measuring the current. Consequently the process speed of the device improved from around 4 seconds to about 3,3 seconds. Besides that an even greater time saving was achieved with the indexing turntable as the previous design took about 20 minutes to change the test sockets and adjust the device whereas the turntable allows to do the same job in about 5 minutes. All this led to an annual monetary saving of 800 euros. The investments put into the improvements were 2150,91 euros and thus making the payoff period about 2,7 years.
