Abstract

Töö käigus vaadati läbi ja analüüsiti endine valgustussüsteem AS Konesko tootmishoones E. On selgeks tehtud, et põhivalgustus oli teostatud luminofoorlampidest, mida toetasid kohati leedvalgustid. Vanad valgustid on aegunud ning enamasti luminofoorlampidest koosnev valgustus ei vasta sisetöökohavalgustite standardile. Teades, et leedambid on juba pikemat aega võetud kasutusele kaasaegsetes hoonetes oma heade omadustega nagu energiasääst, tööiga, valgusvoog, värvsustemperatuuri diapasoon - langes valik uute lampide valikul leedvalgustite kasuks. Varasem, peamiselt luminofoorvalgustitest koosnev põhivalgustus tekitas valgusräigust, kuid uues lahendus seda probleemi enam ei ole. Tellija soov valguslahendust uuendada tekkis varasemalt sama ettevõtte Põltsamaa tehasest, kus alles hiljuti valmis modernne dimmerdatav valgustus. Ettevõte peab tegema investeeringu uue valgustuse jaoks, kuid töötajate heaolu ning ohutus on tähtsam. Uuest leedvalgusest tingituna tõuseb töötajate produktiivsus ning väheneb energiakulu. Samuti ei esine tihti ette tulevaid valgustite vahetustöid. Valguslahenduse projekteerimisel on arvestatud kõiki standardist tulevnevaid parameetreid. Põhivalgustus tuli kõige optimaalsem kasutades kahte erineva võimsusega valgustit. Samuti on võimalik põhivalgustust juhtida nutiseadme vahendusel ning hämardada sektorite kaupa vastavalt vajadusele mis toob omakorda kaasa energiasäästu. Lisaks on igale töökohale arvestatud dimmerdatav töökohavalgusti, mille tugevust saab iga töötaja vastavalt vajadusele muuta.

Abstract [en]

In the course of the work, the former lighting system at Konesko production building E was reviewed and analyzed. It has been made clear that the main lighting was made of flourescent lamps, which was sometimes supported by LED lights. The old luminaires are outdated and most of the luminescent lighting does not meet the required interior lighting standard. Knowing that LED lamps have been in use in modern buildings for a long time because of it’s well known good features such as energy saving, lifetime, luminous flux, colour temperature range – the choice of new solution is LED. The earlier main lighting, mainly consisting of flourescent lighting, created a glare of light, but the new solution no longer has this problem. The customer’s desire to renew the light solution came first from the Põltsamaa factory of the same company, where modern dimming lighting was recently completed. The company must invest in new lighting, but employee wellbeing and safety are more important. Due to the new LED light, employee productivity increases and energy consumption decreases. There are also no frequent work regarding replacement of worn-out lighting. All parameters from the standard have been taken into account when designing the lighting solution. The main lighting was most optimal using two luminaires of different power. It is also possible to control the main lighting via a smart device and to dim the sectors by need, which in turn leads to energy savings. In addition, each workstation has a dimmable work light that can be as adjusted for each employee as needed.
