Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö probleem seisnes selles, et Jüri-Lagedi teelõigul puudub valgustus, millega võivad kaasneda ohud nii jalakäijatele kui ka mootorsõidukitega juhtidele. Töö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida antud teelõigul modernne, nõuetele vastav ning energiatõhus valgustuspaigaldis. Valgustuse projekteerimiseks lähtuti põhiliselt Eesti teevalgustuse standarditest ning normidest. Lõputöö raames tutvuti projekti asukohaga ning sellega seoses uuriti erinevate tootjate valgustite sobivust eelnevalt nimetatud teelõigul. Valgustite valiku tegemisel lähtuti valgustuse projekteerimisprogrammi DIALux Evo kasutamisest. Esmalt selgitati välja olemasoleva sõidutee parameetrid ning seejärel toimus valgustusklassi määramine, milleks osutus mootorsõidukitega juhtidele mõeldud valgustusklass M5, millest sõltuvad suurejooneliselt teepinnale nõutavad heleduse tegurid. Järgmises töö etapis tegeleti valgustuspaigaldise kindlakstegemisega. Valgustite valikul lähtuti nelja tootja valgustitest. Nendeks valgustite tootjateks olid Philips, WE-EF, OSRAM ning Schreder. Võrdlustabeli parameetrite, eelkõige energiasäästu tegurite poolest ning nende analüüsi alusel osutus parimaks valikuks ettevõtte Philips valgusti BGP243. Samuti mõjuvaks põhjuseks võib lugeda kõrget efektiivsust ning suhteliselt madalat hinnaklassi. Need parameetrid on tavaliselt tellijate põhilised murekohad. Diplomitöö lõppetapp oli mõeldud projekteerimiseks, sealhulgas tegeleti asendiplaani koostamisega. Projekti aluseks olid kehtivad standardid, normid ja lähtuti valgustusprogrammis teostatud optimeerimistulemuste korrektsusest, mille põhjal oli võimalik asendiplaanile asetada valgustuspunktid ning elektritoite jaoks vajalik kaablitrass. Kogu valminud töö tulemuseks käesoleval teelõigul on uus, nõuetekohane ning energiasäästlik valgustuslahenduse projekt. Projekt vastab Eestis kehtivatele nõuetele, arvestades olemasolevaid standardeid.

Abstract [en]

The problem in the current thesis consists of a scarcity in lighting on a section of the Lagedi-Jüri road. This probleem might cause a serious threat to the safety of passengers and motorists who use this road daily. The purpose of this thesis is to draft a modern, compliant and an energy efficient lighting project. Estonian road lighting standards and norms were used during the production of the project. At the time of making the thesis, the location of the project was thoroughly examined beforehand. The aptitude of different lighting solutions from several manufacturers was also analysed. The DIALux Evo lighting program was used to determine the correctness of each lighting solution. Fristly the existing road’s parameters were ascertained. The next thing was to enquire the road’s lighting class, which was determined to be the lighting class M5. This class largely affects factors such as a specific road’s surface brightness. Lighting installations were assigned in the next stage of the study The assignment was based on four chosen lighting companies. These businesses were Philips, WE-EF, OSRAM and Schreder. The best lighting solution was determined to be Philips BGP243 based on the lighting comparison chart, in particular the energy efficiency parameeter and their analyses. High efficiency and relatively low price range were also influential factors. These factors are usually the client’s fundamental points of concern. The final stage of the thesis consisted of planning the project. The process also included a draft of the position plan. Valid standards and norms were the basis of the project, thus the lighting optimization results from the lighting program could be used to correctly place lighting points and power supply cables onto the situation plan. The whole thesis resulted in a new, compliant and an energy saving project that incoprorates a lighting solution. The project meets the construction requirements of the Estonian government taking into account existing standards.
