Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös „CNC-freesipingi ostu kasumlikkuse analüüs ettevõtte Kumex OÜ näitel,“ uuriti, kui otstarbekas oleks plastide ja kummide valdkonnas tegeleval ettevõttel soetada omale tootmisseade, et valmistada juba tellitud detaile ise, mitte neid sisse ostes. Lõputöö eesmärgi jaoks püstitatud etapid leidsid kõik positiivse tulemuse ning said lahendatud. Et lõputöö tulem oleks võimalikult selge, otsis ja analüüsis autor erinevaid ettevõtteid ja nende hinnapakkumisi valitud detailidele juhuks, kui töö lõpplahendus on negatiivne, ehk pingi soetamine poleks kuidagi ettevõttele kasulik. Leiti mitmeid soodsamaid pakkumisi, kui ettevõtte oma tellimusi hetkel saab. Teiseks otsis autor võimalikult palju erinevaid freespinke plastdetailide töötlemiseks. Hinnapakkumisi tuli rohkelt ning nende hulgast sai ka välja valitud sobiv seade. Kolmandaks selgitati välja detailide töötlemiseks kuluv aeg ning ettevõtte kogukulud tellimuse täitmiseks. Freespinkide valikul toimus suhtlus tootjatega suuresti inglise keeles, samuti olid hinnapakkumised ja tehnilised spetsifikatsioonid välja toodud valdavalt inglise keeles. Mõlemates hinnapäringutes, nii detailide kui pinkide kohta, tulid vastused umbes 40 % ulatuses saadetud päringutest. Lõputöö koostamisel sai autor palju uusi teadmisi ning tähelepanekuid hinnapäringute, freespinkide ja sellega seonduva kohta, andmete analüüsimise ning üleüldiselt plastdetailide tootmise kohta. Lõputööst selgus, et ettevõttel oleks palju kasulikum neid tooteid tellida mujalt, kui hetkel. Lõputöö eesmärgi välja selgitamiseks püstitatud etappidest tuli välja, et tellija tellimus saaks valmis 160,2 tunni ehk siis ümardatult ühe töökuuga. Kui see tellimus oleks ainukene, tasuks pink end ära 7,1 aastaga, kui neid on rohkem, siis isegi ainult seitsme ja poole kuuga. Ainult isegi ühe samamahulise lisatellimuse puhul oleks tasuvusaeg juba alla viie aasta. Kuna antud tellimus pole tellija poolt ainuke, tuleb pingi soetamine kasuks. Kumex OÜ saab lõputöös välja selgitatud info põhjal teha edasised otsused oma tootmise arengu suunal, ning hakata detaile võimalusel ise tootma. Olenevalt tellimuste arvust, on võimalik, et väikeettevõte saab endale juurde lisaks ühe töötaja. Lõputöö peaeesmärk on täidetud – saadi teada, kuidas ning mis moel on freespinki kasumlik soetada. Lisaks veel sellega seotud palju olulist informatsiooni ettevõtte jaoks.

Abstract [en]

In the current thesis „Analysis about the profits of buying a CNC-milling machine to Kumex OÜ“ it was studied, how efficient it would be for a company with a business area of plastics and rubbers, to buy a milling machine. The purpose is to find out - is it beneficial for them to cut the ordered details themselves and to stop produring details from other companies. All the stages set for the thesis which were necessary for the final solution found positive feedback and given problems got solved. The author of this thesis found and analyzed different companies and the price offers he got from others for the details from Kumex OÜ to get an as clear picture as possible. This was necessary, because of the possible negative come out of the thesis, which would be that buying a milling machine is not favorable for Kumex OÜ. The first step was to find out the prices and the author got several cheaper offers than the company is using at the moment. Next step was to search for different milling machines for producing plastic details. The price offers varied from expensive to cheap, getting a really wide variety in the choice, the company found itself a suitable device for cutting plastics. The final step was finding out cutting times, the total time and cost of manufacturing the details. While searching CNC-milling machines and information about these, the communication with the companies was mostly in English, as was all the information about technical specification and price offers. For both of the price inquiries, manufacturing details and cutting benches, the author got an answer from about 40% of the sent inquiries. The author got a lot of useful information about communication about price offers, CNC-milling machines and related information, analysing the material and overall information about manufacutring plastic details. The author found out that at the moment it is more useful for Kumex OÜ to order the details from somewhere else because of the lower prices. The steps for finding out the purpose of the thesis showed, that the order would be ready in 160,2 hours, therefore in one month. If this order would be the only one, the CNC-machine payback time would be 7,1 years which is not what our company wants. Because there are more similar orders like this, it is possible that the bench pays itself back in only seven and half months. If there are only one similar order in a year, the payback time would be still less than five years. Since the order what is discussed is not the only one coming in, they got to the final solution - buying the machine would be profitable for Kumex OÜ. The results of this thesis can help Kumex OÜ making further actions in the future about their manufacturing and if possible, to start manufacture milling details for themselves. Depending on the orders quantity, hiring a new operator may be necessary. The purpose of this thesis is achieved – it is known now how and in which way buying a CNC-milling machine can be beneficial. In addition to that, it was studied other useful information for the company about producing and cutting machines.
