Abstract

Antud töö eesmärgiks oli koostada juhend ABB-le tehnilise kontrolli teostamiseks. Juhend on mõeldud kõikidele töötajatele, alates projektijuhist lõpetades kontrolltehnikutega, kes teostavad projektiga seotuid tegevus. Juhendiga peab olema määratud kontrollimiseks vajalikud tegevused ja normid. Tuleb ette olukordi, kus klient soovib näha protseduuridele vastavust ehk teostatakse audit, selleks on vajalik korrektse juhendi olemasolu. Lõppkontrolli juhend toetub mitmetele erinevatele testraportitele, sertifikaatidele, kontrollnimekirjale ja kliendi nõudelehtedele. Kontrollnimekiri hõlmab endas rida tegevusi, mis peavad olema teostatud enne alajaama lõppkontrolli saatmist. Lõputöö sisaldab põhjalikku ülevaadet alajaamadest üldiselt; mis materjale kasutatakse korpuste ehitamiseks ja miks; mida sisaldavad standardsed alajaamad; millised seadmed on vajalikud, et koostada alajaam ning seadmete positiivsed ja negatiivsed omadused. Lõputöö valmis standardite, algse juhendi, autori enda kogemuste põhjal ning ettevõtte poolse juhendaja Jaan Kerner’i ja koolipoolse juhendaja Heljut Kalda nõustamisel. Valminud juhend sisaldab vajalikku informatsiooni, mis testid on vaja teostada ning mida ja kuidas tuleb kontrollida. Juhendi tegemisel on kasutatud standardites välja toodud nõudeid ja autori kogemused. Juhendi valmimisega on saavutatud ka lõputöö eesmärk luua korrektne ja nõuetele vastav juhend. Valminud juhend on lisas (lisa 1). Piltidega on toodud välja täpsem ülevaade alajaamadest, seal sees olevatest kesk- ja madalpinge süsteemidest, trafost ning kontrolltoimingutest, mida tuleb teostada. Edaspidiselt on vajalik teha juhendis muudatusi, mis tulenevad seaduste või standardite muudatustest, et hoida juhendit kaasajastatult. Oluline on muuta seda koheselt, kui peaks mingisugune nõue muutuma.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis was to create a manual for ABB for performing technical inspections. This guide is intended for all employees – from the project manager to the inspection technicians who carry out activities related to the project. The manual must specify the necessary activities and standards to be followed during inspections. There are situations where a client wants to certify the compliance with the procedures i.e. an audit is carried out, for this reason, it is essential to have a proper manual. The final inspection guide relies on various test reports, certificates, checklists and customer claim forms. These checklists include a number of activities that must be performed before the final inspection of a substation is sent. This thesis contains a thorough overview of substations in general, the materials used to build the enclosures and the reasons they are used, the standard structure of substations, the necessary devices to construct a substation and the positive and negative aspects of said devices. This thesis was put together with the help of existing standards, the original manual, the author’s personal experience and the guidance of Jaan Kerner, the instructor from ABB, and Heljut Kalda, the instructor from TKK. The completed manual contains the necessary information on the tests that need to be performed and instructions on what and how to be inspected. The requirements set out in the standards and author’s experience were both used in the making of the manual. With the completion of the manual, the aim of this thesis, creating a proper and compliant manual, was accomplished. The completed guide is annexed (Appendix 1). The pictures provided give a more detailed overview of the substations, the central and low voltage systems inside, the transformer and the checkup actions to be carried out. From this point forward, it is necessary to make changes to the manual resulting from amendments to laws or standards to keep it up to date. It is critical to modify the manual immediately after any important alterations in laws or standards.
