Abstract

Lõputöö käigus teostati kahekümnes eramajas elektripaigaldise auditiks vajalikud elektrotehnilised kontrollmõõtmised, millede põhjal analüüsiti erinevatel aastatel rajatud objektide elektripaigaldiste olukordi. Lõputöö esimeses osas vaadeldi teemasid, mis annavad üldise ülevaate elektripaigaldise auditist, selle sisust ning jagunemisest, samuti ka elektripaigaldise liigitamisest. Selles peatükis käsitleti ka kehtestatud nõudeid auditi tegijale. Selgitati ka akrediteerimisega ning kalibreerimisega seonduvat ja, et kontrollmõõtmised sooritati olles diplomipraktikal ettevõttes Aia Elekter OÜ, on välja toodud ka antud ettevõttes ettenähtud mõõteseadmete kontrollprotseduur. Teises osas on välja toodud elektripaigaldise auditiks vajalikud elektrotehnilised kontrollmõõtmised ja samuti ka ülevaade nende kohta kehtivatest nõuetest. Ära on toodud ka nõuded, millele peavad saadud tulemused vastama. Kirjeldati vajalike mõõtmiste teostamist aparaadiga KEW 6016. Kolmandas osas keskendus töö autor teostatud kontrollmõõtmiste tulemuste analüüsile. Antud peatükis põhjendati objektide valikut ning vaadeldi objektidel esinenud puuduste ohtlikkust. Töö autor analüüsis eramutes esinenud puuduste arvu sõltuvust objekti rajamise aastast. Uuriti ka kuidas elektriprojekti olemasolu mõjutas objektidel esinenud puuduste arvu. Võrreldi ka puuduste arvu objektidel, kus elektripaigaldise ehitaja on teada, sellega kus see oli teadmata. Lõpptulemusena saab öelda, et kahekümnes eramajas teostatud kontrollmõõtmiste ning nende tulemuste analüüsi põhjal on saadud ülevaade erinevatel aastatel rajatud elektripaigaldiste olukorrast ning sellega saab lõputöö eesmärgi lugeda täidetuks.

Abstract [en]

During the thesis, I carried out the electrical control measurements necessary for the electrical installation audit in 20 private houses. Based on these control measurements, an analysis of the electrical installation situation of sites built in different years was performed. The first part of the thesis touched topics that give a general overview of the electrical installation audit. Given section gave an overview of the electrical installation audits content and distribution as well as the classification of the electrical installation. This chapter also addressed the requirements imposed on the auditor. The issues related to accreditation and calibration were also explained and since the control measurements were carried out as a diploma internship in Aia Elekter OÜ, the control procedure of the measuring devices provided by the company has also been outlined. In the second part are brought out the electrotechnical control measurements necessary for the electrical installation audit. There is also an overview of the requirements for these measurements and what are the requirements to be met by the results obtained. A process for the necessary measurements with KEW 6016 were described. In the third part, thesis author focused on the analysis of control measurement results. This chapter explained the choice of sites and talked about the dangers of deficiencies on mentioned sites. Thesis author analysed the number of deficiencies in private houses to the year of construction of the site. It was also examined how the existence of the electrical project affected the number of sites deficiencies. Also was compared the quantity of deficiencies on sites where the builder of the electrical installation is known and where unknown. Since measurements were made in 20 private houses and the analysis was made supporting on the results of electrical installations of sites built in different years the goal of the thesis can be considered fulfilled.
