Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli hüdraulilise külgharja projekteerimine kogurharjale AS SAMI baasil. Kogurhari on seade mida kasutatakse traktorite esihaakes tänavate ja parkimisplatside puhastamiseks. Seadmele oli vaja juurde projekteerida külghari, mis laiendab kogurharja tööulatust võimaldades pühkida nurkadest. Lõputöö I osas toodi välja ettevõtte poolt seatud lähteandmed ja piirangud külgharjale. Samuti teostati turuanalüüs, mille eesmärgiks oli erinevate tootjate pakutavate lahenduste võrdlemine. Selleks valiti välja nelja erineva tootja toodet ja võrreldi neid visuaalselt nähtavate omaduste põhjal, mis andsid aimu turul valitsevast olukorrast ja pakutavatest lahendustest. Lõputöö II osa koosnes hüdraulika komponentide valikust ja külgharja projekteerimisest. Külgharja konstruktsioon otsustati projekteerida 8 mm S355 lehtterasest, et saavutada parem tulemus visuaalselt võrreldes standardsete profiilmaterjalidega. Projekteerimine algas eskiisimisega, millega töötati välja külgharja kinnituskoht kogurharjal, liigendite kinnituskohad, liigendite kinemaatiline liikumine ja harjaketta enda asukoht ja kinnitus konstruktsioonil. Viimaseks etapiks oli 3D mudeli valmistamine. Lõputöö järgmises osas arvutati kinnituspoltide (DIN 933 - M16x45 – Zn 8.8) vastupidavust tõmbele; tõmbele ja väändele; nihkele ja väändele. Poltide varutegurid olid piisavad ja tekkivad pinged väiksemad kui lubatud pinged. Samuti arvutati liigendi detaili paindele, mille 5,7 kordne varutegur on piisav, et projekteeritud konsktruktsioon oleks töötingimustes vastupidav. Lõputöö viimases osas kirjeldati lühidalt külgharja tootmisprotsessi. Töö võeti kokku majandusliku osaga, kus leiti toote omahind, mis sisaldab: materjalikulu, palgakulu, ostutooteid, makse ja ettevõtte üldkulutusi. Lõputöö tulemusena projekteeriti hüdrauliline külghari kogurharjale, mis on hea väljanägemisega ja sobib kokku kogurharja üldise disainiga. Kõik eelnevalt püstitatud eesmärgid said edukalt täidetud ja külgharja prototüüpi saab katsetada lähitulevikus.

Abstract [en]

The following graduation thesis Development of Hydraulic Side Brush for Collecting Sweeper was made on the basis of the company AS SAMI. Collecting sweeper is an attachment for tractors used to clean streets and parking lots. There was a need to develop a side brush for collecting sweeper which extends the working range and gives the ability to sweep from corners. Section I of the thesis includes technical data for side brush provided by the company. It also includes the market study which purpose was to compare the products of different companies. The products of four different companies were chosen and compared visually, which gave insight about the products being offered. Section II consists of choosing the hydraulic components and the development of the side brush. The construction of the side brush was developed using 8 mm S355 sheet metal to achieve in a better result visually compared to standardized profiles. The development of the side brush started with sketching, which helped to work out the mounting point for the side brush on the collecting sweeper, locations for joints, kinematic movement of joints, the location and mounting point of the channel brush. The final stage of development was the creation of 3D model. The next section of the thesis consists of theoretical strength calculation for mounting bolts (DIN 933 - M16x45 – Zn 8.8), where emerging stress was considerably lower than allowed stress. Also the bending strength of the joint part was calculated, which had a safety factor of 5,7. Which is more than sufficient for the developed assembly to last in tough working conditions. The last section of the thesis describes the production process of the side brush. The thesis was summarized with a financial summary, where the production cost of the side brush was calculated. Including the cost of materials, the cost of salary, purchased parts, taxes and overall expenses for the company. The result of the thesis is a new developed hydraulic side brush for collecting sweeper, which looks great and fits together with the overall design of the collecting sweeper. All objectives of the thesis were succesfully achieved and the prototype side brush will be tested in the near future.
