Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli selgitada välja klientide huvi ja nõudlus rehvihotelli teenuse vastu Moller Auto Ülemistes. Sellest tulenevalt selgitada välja rehvihotelli ümberehituse teostamiseks parim lahendus, pidades silmas ettevõtte huve - suurendada võimalikult palju püsikliendi baasi ning teenida ettevõttele lisatulu selle arvelt. Töös läbi viidud automüügi klientide statistilisest analüüsist selgus, et ligikaudu 20% ehk üldistatult iga viies sügis- või talveperioodil uue auto soetanud klient soovib hoiustab rehvid antud ettevõtte rehvihotellis. Sellest tulenevalt suureneks eeldatav kliendibaas läbi automüügi 2019 aasta sügishooajal 36 kliendi võrra, viies rehvihotelli ≈ 88% täituvuse juurde. Kliendiküsitluse tulemuste analüüsist selgus, et 75 klienti 105-st hoiustavad rehve kodus, tuues 65-l juhul põhjenduseks võimaluse ise hoiustada ja 10-l juhul hinna. Vaid 21 klienti 105-st olid juba rehvihotelli kliendid. Küll aga selgus, et klientide harjumusi on võimalik muuta, pakkudes klientidele hüvesid. Näiteks pakkudes eelisjärjekorda rehvivahetusele ning esimene hooaeg tasuta rehvide hoiustamist, mis annaks juurde tulemuste põhjal 34 potentsiaalset klienti. Koos automüügist lisandunud klientidega teeks see rehvihotelli täituvuseks ≈ 98%. Sellest tulenevalt on vaja rehvihotellile teha laiendust. Ümberehituse lahenduste analüüsimisel selgus, et võimalik on teostada juurdeehitus teisele korrusele rehvihotellis kui ka kasutada automaatlao lahendust. Automaatlao lahenduse analüüsi tulemusel selgus, et see lahendus on tööaja säästmises 2,6 korda efektiivsem kui rehvihotelli teisele korrusele rehvide paigutamine. Tööaja kulu väheneks aastas üheksa tundi ühe varuosade töötaja kohta. Küll aga automaatlao kahjuks on väiksem rehvide mahutavus 28 jooksu ehk 112 rehvi võrra. Lisaks sellele on automaatladustaja ligikaudu 10 korda kallim, kui riiulite kõrgendamine. Lähtudes ettevõtte vajadustest ja huvist on kasulikum teha rehvihotelli teise korruse riiulite kõrgendamine, saades juurde maksimaalselt kohti rehvide hoiustamiseks ja seega teenida rohkem lisatulu.

Abstract [en]

The main purpose of the graduation thesis The Analysis of Moller Auto Ülemiste Tyre Hotel Rebuild is to find out if Moller Auto Ülemiste customers are interested in and need the tyre hotel service. The author analysed the results of the survey taken among the customers to find out the best solution for a rebuild, while keeping in mind the company´s interests – to enlarge the client base as much as possible and to earn extra profit from that. The statistical analysis of car buyers revealed that almost 20% of the clients who have bought a car in the autumn or winter period store their tyres in the Moller Auto tyre hotel. According to the collected data, the estimated growth of the client base in the 2019 autumn period would be 36 new clients, which would mean the tyre hotel would be filled to about 88% of its capacity. The customer survey data analysis showed that 75 clients out of 105 store their tyres at home. 65 clients reported they did it because they had the facilities to store tyres at home, while 10 clients stated the price of storage as the reason. Only 21 of the 105 respondents were already tyre hotel clients. However, it became evident that the company would be able to change its clients´ habits by offering them benefits. For example, offering first priority for tyre change or making the first season of storing free of charge would yield in 34 new potential clients according to the results. Together with the new clients from car sales, the tyre hotel would be filled to around 98% of its capacity. Relying on this data, a tyre hotel expansion is in order. An analysis of the rebuild options revealed that there were two: an expansion of the shelves on the second floor of the tyre hotel and an automatic tyre storing machine. The automatic storing machine analysis made it clear that this solution is 2.6 times more efficient in terms of working hours compared to storing tyres on the second floor of the tyre hotel. The working hours would be reduced by nine hours for one spare parts worker per year. On the downside, the tyre tower would have a lower capacity (by 28 wheelsets or 112 tyres) compared to the expansion of the second floor of the tyre hotel. The tyre tower would also cost 10 times more than an expansion of the second floor of the tyre hotel. Keeping in mind the company´s needs and interests it would be more reasonable to build an expansion to the second floor of the tyre hotel since it would create more storage space and would thus be more profitable.
