Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on uuritud betooni katsetamise nõudeid Maanteeameti objektidel ning kirjeldatakse võimalike põhjuseid ebaõnnestunud tulemuste kohta. Töö tugineb Tõdu silla katsekehade katsetulemuste analüüsil. Lõputöös leiti, et Tõdu sillal katsetatud konstruktsioonide proovikehadest ei vastanud projekteeritud nõuetele kahel korral survelinetugevus ja kolmel korral külmakindlus. Ebaõnnestunud tulemuste põhjuseks on ebakvaliteetne proovide valmistamine ja hoiustamine. Kuna konstruktsioonide betoonikvaliteeti hinnatakse katsekehade põhjal on väga oluline, et kõiki standardi kohaseid nõudeid täidetakse. Töös leiti, et betooni katsetamine objektidel on raskendatud sest alati pole võimalik luua proovide õnnestumiseks vajalike tingimusi. Lahendusena võiks Maanteeamet kaaluda vastavast nõudest loobumist või alternatiivina lubada katsekehade valmistamist betooni tehases. Tõdu sillal kaaluti konstruktsioonide katsetamist puursüdamike puurimise meetodil, kuid raudbetooni armeeringu tõttu pole võimalik saavutada katseks vajaliku keha minimaalse diameetriga 95 mm. Survetugevuse hindamiseks mõõdeti mittepursutaval meetodil Schmidti vasaraga põrkearvu. Remondi lahendusena kasutati Tõdu sillal betoonpindade kattmist hüdrofoobse impregnandiga. Pindade kattmine impregnandiga suurendab konstruktsiooni külmakindlust kokkupuutudes kloriididega. Materjalina kasutati MAPEI Planiseal WR 90 Gel´i, mis pihustati survepritsiga konstruktsioonile. Concrete Testing on The Estonian Road Administration Projects The thesis researched the requirements set for testing hardened concrete on The Estonian Road Administration projects. The work is based on the analysis of Tõdu´s bridge test specimens results. In the Thesis, it was found that on two occaison tested specimens did not meet the compressive strenght designed requirements and on three occaison frost resistance did not meet the requirements. The failed testing is caused due to poor specimens taking and conditions. As the quality of the constructions is assessed on test pieces, it is necessary that all the requirements set by the standard are met. The work found out that concrete testing on objects is difficult because it not always possible to create ideal conditions needed for succesful results. As a solution, The Road Administration could consider abandoning the relevant requirement or alternatively, allow the specimens taking in a concrete plant. Taking the cored specimens was considered, but due to the reinforcement of the reinforced cocrete, the body´s required minimum diameter of 95 mm was not possible to achieve. A non destructive test was used for determination of rebound number. Hydrophobic liquid was used as the repair solution. Covering surfaces with hydrophobic material increases the frost resistance when it is exposed to chlorides. MAPEI Planiseal WR 90 Gel was used as the covering material. Liquid was applied by srpying it onto concrete surface. The product complies with the requirements specified by the Estonian Road Administration.
