Abstract

Antud töö eesmärgiks oli mootoripiduri valimine ning õppestendile töötava seadme konstrueerimine ning valmistamine. Erinevate võimalustena, mida kasutada, oli valida erinevaid ostutooteid, ehk valmis dünamomeetreid, mida oleks võimalik stendi paigaldada ning nende abil eesmärgi teostada. Teise lahendusena oli võimalik valida veoautol kasutatav ZF retarder ning valmis konstrueerida vajaminev seade ise. Olemasolevad lahendused on aga kallid ning uudse lahenduse välja töötamiseks valisingi teise variandi, ehk konstrueerida seade ise. Samas on võimalik antud seadme juures illustreerida ka retarderi töötamise põhimõtet. Valminud töö sisaldab nii kontseptsiooni välja töötamist, erinevate materjalide ning nende töötluse valikut, töö organiseerimist, jooniste valmistamist kui ka reaalse seadme valmistamist. Erinevate komponentide maksumusi liites ning omahinda arvutades selgus, et seadme omahinnaks kujuneb ümardatult 2500 €, kui kasutada kasutatud retarderit. Isegi, kui kasutada uuena ostetud retarderit, jääks seadme maksumus madalamaks olemasolevate seadmete maksumusest. Seega on antud seadme valmistamine ka majanduslikult otstarbekas. Antud lõputöö teema valik on aktuaalne ning mootoristendi kui õppevahendi valmistamine aitab edendada autode diagnostika õpetamist läbi praktiliste ülesannete läbiviimise. Antud stend peaks looma eeldused kaasaegsete sisepõlemismootorite ning automaatkäigukastide toimimise õpetamiseks ning nende rikkeotsingu teostamiseks nii koormatud kui koormamata tingimustes.

Abstract [en]

The theme of this thesis is the selection and construction of an working engine dynamometer for the Lexus engine test stand made for educational purposes. Different alternatives for the test stand dynamometer included different engne dynamometer kits and a ZF retarder for trucks which should be modified to be usable in current situation. However, existing engine dynamometer kits are rather expensive and that is why a decision was made to design a new and modified device on the base of the ZF retarder. On the other hand it is possible to illustrate the construction and working principle of an actual truck retarder. The project includes conseptual and actual design, selection of materials and their processing, organizing the work, making blueprints for different details of the device and the actual production and construction of the device itself. Summing up different expenses made for the project gave an idea what the cost of the new device would be, which is roughly 2500 €, when a used retarder is used. Even if a brand new retarder would be used, the cost of the device would still be remarkably lower than the cost of existing products. Therefore it is definately economically beneficial to produce. The purpose of the thesis is definately actual and up to date because the University of Applied Sciences Tallinn does not own such test stand with an engine dynamometer. The purpose of the engine test stand is to help improve studying diagnostic procedures regarding modern internal combustion engines and automatic transmssions by the means of practical lessons and studying. The engine dynamometer is necessary to conduct these studies while applying load to the engine which is important to imitate real working conditions.
