Abstract

Tootmisprotsesside efektiivsus on oluline ettevõtte konkurentsivõime tõstmiseks. ABB AS ajamite ja taastuvenergiaseadmete tehas ei ole ka erand ja ettevõtte liigub jätkesuutlike tootmisprotsesside automatiseerimise suunas. Üks projektidest antud suunas on ACX580 sagedusmuundurite koosteliin. Lõputöö raames ehitati automaatikasüsteemi ACX580 sagedusmuundurite koosteliini jaoks. Tulemuseks on süsteem, milline võimaldab kärudele omavahel dokkida elektromagnetite abil. Samuti on selle on ka selle süsteemi väga oluline osa tarkvara Legacy, mis salvestab tootmisprotsessi tsüklite toimumise ajad vastavate andurite abil, seob neid toote-informatsiooniga ning vastutatava tootmistöötajaga, salvestades need andmed andmebaasi. Enne eelpoolkirjeldatud koostelliini ehitamist oli sagedusmuundurite valmistusaeg 28 kuni 32 tundi, sõltuvalt toode tüüpist. Praegu on sama tsükli kestus 8 kuni 9 tundi. Antud koosteliinil arenduspotentsiaal ei ole aga piiratud ainult eeltooduga. Koosteliini automatiseerimise võimalusi saab toote loomise kogutsükliga siduda kogudes ning jälgides tootmisandmeid ning -aega terve koosteliini ulatuses. Selles perspektiivis kasvab tootmisefektiivsus siis veelgi enam.

Abstract [en]

The efficiency of production processes is essential for increasing the company's competitiveness. The ABB AS Drives and Renewables factory is no exception and the company is moving towards automation of production processes. One of the projects in this direction is the assembly line for ACX580 frequency converters. In the course of the thesis, the automation system for the ACX580 frequency converter assembly line was built. The result is a system that allows the trolley to dock with electromagnets. Another important part of this system is software Legacy, which saves the times of the production process cycles using the appropriate sensors, binds them to the product information and the responsible manufacturing worker and writes the data in the database. Prior to the construction of the above-mentioned assembly line, the frequency converters had a production time of 28 to 32 hours, depending on the type of product. Currently, assembly of frequency converter takes 8 to 9 hours. However, the development potential of this assembly line is not limited to the foregoing. The possibilities of automating the line-rail can be coupled to the total cycle of generating the product, by monitoring production data and time over the entire assembly line. In this perspective, production efficiency will grow even more.
