Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on kirjeldatud Lennujaama parkimismaja ehitusgeodeetilist teenindamist. Objekti asukohaks on Tartu mnt. 101, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond. Raxoest OÜ jaoks kestab töö sellel objektil alates septembrist 2017 kuni tänase päevani. Hoone valmib aasta 2018 lõpul. Objekt andis lõputöö autorile väga hea ja uue kogemuse hoonete ehitamisega seotud geodeetilistest töödest. Ehitusgeodeetilisi tööd olid: mõõdistamisvõrgu rajamine; kaeviku, postvundamentide, postide, lintvundamendi, seinte, põranda ja maa- aluste kommunikatsioonide märkimistööd ja nende teostusmõõdistamine. Lõputöös kirjeldatakse kõiki märkimistöid etappide kaupa. Töid teostati elektroontahhümeetriga Trimble SX10 ja enamasti miniprismaga ning kasutati valdavalt reflektorivaba režiimi. Geodeetilised tööd olid teostatud kvaliteetselt. Teostusmõõdistusi analüüsides oli enamus ehitatust nõuetekohane ning hälbed jäid lubatud piiridesse. Sellisel pikalt kestval objektil olid ka ilmastiku probleem (külm ja lund) ja see mõjutas töökiirust. Töö eesmärk, ülevaade Lennujaama parkimismaja ehitusega seotud geodeetilist töödest, geodeetilise mõõdistamisvõrgu loomisest, märkimistöödest, teostusmõõdistamistest, sai täidetud.

Abstract [en]

The topic of this thesis is The Geodetic Survey for the Airport Parking Building. The object is located at 101 Tartu mnt, Lasnamäe district, Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia. The author of the thesis is represented by a geodetic company Raxoest OÜ. The author was involved in both geodetic survey and camerawork in the period from September 2017 to May 2018. The construction works will be completed by 2018. The object was serviced by one geodetic company, and the geodetic survey was carried out by the author of the thesis and a geodesy specialist from Raxoest OÜ. The construction works and the geodetic survey included construction of a survey network; the subscription works and the related as-built survey of excavations, trenches, pillar foundations, pillars, lintel foundations, walls, floor and underground communications. The thesis describes all the subscription works by stages. The works were carried out using the Trimble SX10 electronic gauge, mostly with a miniature bracket and in reflector-free mode. The geodetic survey was performed to the highest quality standard. When analysing the as-built survey, the construction was generally found to be compliant with the requirements, and the tolerances, to be within the limits. A long-lasting weather problem (i.e., cold and snow) occurred, which affected the velocity of the works. The objective of the thesis, an overview of the geodetic survey related to the construction of the airport parking building, the creation of a geodetic survey network, the as-built survey, and the subscription works were all successfully completed.
