Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös anti ülevaade Tapri tänav 5 laohoone ehitusgeodeetilisest teenindamisest. Ehitustööde kestvus oli 2017. aasta juulist 2018. aasta veebruarini. Kirjeldati põhiliselt ehitusobjekti kulgedes toimunud märkimistöid ning teostusmõõdistust. Lõputöö esimeses pooles tutvustati ehitusobjektil kasutatavaid instrumente ning anti põhjalik ülevaade objekti plaanilis-kõrgusliku mõõdistamisvõrgu rajamisest ning täpsusnõuetest. Samuti kirjeldati vabajaama üldist põhimõtet ehitusplatsil. Lõputöö teises pooles käsitleti põhiliselt geodeedi ülesandeid ehitusobjektil. Välja toodi hoone telgede, vundamendi, ankrupoltide ning tehnovõrkude märkimistööd ja nende täpsusnõuded. Kirjeldati ehitustööde kulgemist, probleemide esinemisi ning lahendusi. Lisaks anti ülevaade eelnimetatud hoone elementide teostusmõõdistamisest. Lõputöö alguses püstitatud eesmärk täideti. Probleemide ilmnemisest sõltumata teostati tellitud tööd vastavalt nõuetele ning laohoone valmis 2018. a veebruaris.

Abstract [en]

This final thesis provides an overview of the Geodetic Survey Services of the Warehouse at Tapri Street 5. The construction works lasted from July 2017 to February 2018. The paper is primarily involved with the surveying during the progress of the constructed object as well as the as-built survey. The first half of the thesis describes the instruments used at the site and provides a thorough overview of creating the geodetic network of the planned height of the object and requirements to precision. The general principles of supplementary station on site are also described. The second half of the thesis mainly focuses on the tasks of a geodesist on site. The marking works and precision requirements are provided for the axes, foundation, anchor bolts and utility networks for the building. In addition, an overview is provided of the as-built survey of those elements of the building and the as-built survey of the completed object is briefly described. The goal set at the start of the final thesis was met. The commissioned works were carried out as requested and the warehouse was completed in February 2018.
