Abstract

Lõputöös on näidatud liimitud paneelide valmistamiseks vajalike katsetuste tulemusi ning välja selgitatud, milline liim on antud hetkel kõige parem kasutamiseks paneelide valmistamisel. Lisaks on paika pandud samm sammult protsess liimitud paneelide tootmiseks ja läbi võrdlevate katsetuste on välja selgitatud liimitud paneelide eelised võrreldes needitavate paneelidega, milleks on liimitud paneeli suurem vastupidavus deformatsioonidele ja väiksem soojuspaisumine. Selle protsessi abil saab VE siseneda passiivse intermodulatsiooniga antennide tootmise turule. Paneelide valmistamiseks on tehtud uus rakistus, mille konstrueerimisel on tähelepanu pandud tööala ligipääsetavusele ja rakise universaalsusele. Lisaks on uue rakistusega võimalik koostada täpsemaid paneele. Majanduslikult on võrreldud olemasoleva, neetliidetega paneelide ja liimitud paneelide omahinda. Majandusliku analüüsi tulemusena on leitud, et liimitud paneeli omahind on 8,5 % väiksem kui needitava paneeli omahind. Aastas saavutatav majanduslik kasu on ligikaudu 24000 EUR.

Abstract [en]

In this graduation thesis there have been shown necessary testing results for which kind of glue is currently best for constructing adhesive bonded panels. In addition step by step process for manufacturing adhesive bonded panels has been confirmed. Comparisons have been made between riveted panels and adhesive bonded panels, showing that adhesive bonded panels have better resistance to deformations and smaller thermal expansion, which are both important in the construction of reflector panels. With this process VE can join the market for constructing Antennae’s with low Passive intermodulation. A new fixture has been constructed to support the manufacturing of adhesive bonded panels. The new fixture has better access to work are and is universal for producing different kinds of panels. Also the new fixture allows the construction of more accurate panels. Comparisons have been made between the production costs of current, riveted panels and new adhesive bonded panels. The comparison shows that the adhesive bonded panels are 8,5% cheaper to produce. Yearly economical effect that can be gained is about 24000 EUR.
