Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida abivahend, mis võimaldaks vahetada 2018 a augustis lisanduval pressil, Bruderer BSTA 60 SL-l, stantsi. Olemasolevad transportliinid ja lisanduv press seavad abivahendile mõningad kõrgus- ja laiuspiirangud. Töö esimeses ja teises osas tutvustati ettevõtet ja olukorda tootmises ning võrreldialternatiivseid valikuid. Konstruktsioonilises osas tehti tugevusarvutused transportteedele ja stantsi kandvale raamile. Lisaks kirjeldati valitud laagerduselemente ning valiti ülekande jaoks mootor ja reduktor. Seejärel kirjeldati valitud materjale ja raami töötlemistehnoloogiat. Majanduslikus osas leiti projekteeritava seadme ja kogu lahenduse maksumus ettevõttele. Kogu valitud lahenduse maksumuseks on 5492 €.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the thesis was to develop a tool which would help to change the die of the Bruderer BSTA 60 SL press. Current transportation lines and new additional press will set specific measurment restrictions to the tool. In the first part and in the second part of the thesis the company and the current situation in production was introduced as well as alternatives for the new tool were considered. In the constructional part of the thesis, calculations for strenght were made. Also the chosen bearing elements where described and the motor and the reductor for the transmission where chosen. In the economic section the cost of the developed device and the entire solution for the company where calculated. Total cost of the solution will be 5492 €.
