Abstract

Lõputöö teemaks oli Piirete projekteerimismooduli loomine CAD tarkvaras. Lõputöö oli koostatud ettevõttes Alu Metall OÜ, mis tegeleb metallkonstruktsioonide tootmisega. Lõputöö eesmärk tulenes Alu Metall OÜ piirete projekteerimise efektiivsuse tõstmise vajadusest, kus probleemiks oli, et suuremahulistel projektidel võtab piirete projekteerimine liiga kaua aega ning puudub efektiivne süsteem piirete projekteerimiseks. Lõputöö tulemusena loodi modulaarse varraspiirde projekteerimismoodul CAD tarkvaras Autodesk Inventor ning lõputöö eesmärk saavutati. Lõputöö käigus loodi lähteülesandele tuginedes piirde mudel. Teostati programmeerimist iLogic Rules’iga ning loodi kasutajaliides kasutades iLogic Form’i. Probleemi lahendamisega tõusis projekteerimise kiirus. Majanduslikus osas on välja toodud, et piirete projekteerimise kiirus kasvas uue süsteemiga mitmekordselt ning selle võrra langeb ka projekteerimise hind. Piirde projekteerimismooduli väljatöötamine tasus ära juba esimese projekti käigus, kus uus süsteem kasutusele võeti. Loodud mudelit ja süsteemi saab tulevikus kasutada ka teist tüüpi piirete projekteerimiseks ning on plaanis ka teist tüüpi toodetele, nagu trepipiirded ja keerdtrepid, luua sarnaseid projekteerimismooduleid.

Abstract [en]

The title of the graduation thesis was Designmodule for Railings in CAD Software. The graduation thesis was conducted in Alu Metall OÜ, a company that produces metal constructions. The goal of this graduation thesis came from the need to raise the efficiency of designing railings, where the problem was that in bigger projects the designing is too time consuming and there isn’t an efficient system for designing railings. As a result of the thesis a designmodule for modular railings was created in CAD software Autodesk Inventor and the goal was achieved. During the thesis a model of the railing was designed based on the initial task. There was carried out programming using iLogic Rules and a user interface was created using iLogic Forms. By solving the problem, now it is possible to design railings faster. In the economic part is shown that the speed of designing railings has increased multiple times and that means the designing price has also decreased. The development of the railing designmodule has already paid off during the first project, where the new system was introduced. The created model and system can also be used in the future for the design of other types of railings, and there are plans to create similar designmodules also for other types of products, such as stairway railings and spiral staircases.
