Abstract

Käesoleva tööga on antud ülevaade hajaasustuses esinevatest probleemidest ning Saia kinnistu üksikliituja jaoks on ehitatud optimaalne tehniline lahendus. Töö esimeses osas võrreldi tihe- ja hajaasustust, mille tulemusena leiti jaotusvõrguettevõtte suurimad probleemid hajaasustuses. Elektrilevi poolt pakutud lahendus peaks võrgutasu muutmisega olemasolevaid probleeme vähendama. Töö teises osas kirjeldati uusliitujate põhilisi tehnilisi lahendusi, sealhulgas liitumisega kaasnevaid probleeme nii jaotusvõrguettevõtte kui üksikliituja seisukohalt. Töö kolmandas osas analüüsiti ehitatud Saia kinnistu tehnilise lahenduse optimaalsust. On antud ülevaade topoloogilisest lahendusest ning elektriseadmestikust. Lõpuks on näidatud uusliitujate ja Saia kinnistu hinna kujunemine.

Abstract [en]

Title of the thesis is „Scattered settlement area mono consumer problems based on Saia estate “ In the first part of the thesis comparisons between scattered- and densly populated areas were analyzed. The results revealed major problems of the distribution network in scattered residence areas. A solution to the problems involving change in has been provided by Elektrilevi OÜ. In the second part of thesis descriptions of typical technical solutions for new consumers are described alongside most common complications upon integration for consumers and distribution network company. Third part of thesis analyzed optimality of Saia estates technical solution. The work is based on newly constructed project and provides overview of the topological solution and used electrotechnical applications. With Saia estate example is shown how prices develop for new consumers joining Elektrilevi OÜ distribution network
