Abstract

Käesolev lõputöö on valminud Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas AS-s. Projekteeritud on konditsioneerikarkassi keevitamiseks ja kontrollimiseks mõeldud pöördlaud. Konditsioneeriraami tootmestamise käigus selgus, et tuleb konstrueerida pöördlaud. Lõputöö on teostatud mitme etapi kaupa. Esimeses etapis on kirjeldatud konditsioneeriraami tootmisliini loomist ning sellega seonduvaid väljakutseid. Teises etapis on välja toodud probleem, et pöördlaud on vajalik raskesti ligipääsetavate kohtade ja põhja keevitamiseks ja kontrollimiseks. Autor annab ülevaate pöördlaua konstrueerimisest. Sealjuures on välja toodud materjali, ostutoodete, laagrite ja reduktori valik. Kolmas etapp sisaldab endas majanduslikku osa. Pöördlaua valmistamiseks vajamineva materjali, toodete ja ressursi hind on kokku võetud tabelisse. Lisaks on kirjeldatud, kuidas jaguneb pöördlaua hind kogu projekti vältel konditsioneeriraamide vahel ära. Lõputöö eesmärk on saavutatud. Projekteeritud pöördlauad tagavad optimaalse keevitamise tehnoloogia ning sellega kaasnevad protseduurid. Pöördlaudade tasuvusaeg on 1 aasta ja selle kasutusega on toote saavutatav müügihind, 3355,71 €, tellijale vastuvõetav. Käesoleval hetkel on pöördlauad kasutuses ning on tootmisliinil asendamatud.

Abstract [en]

This thesis has been completed at Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas AS. A rotary table for welding and controlling the air conditioning frame is designed. During the production of the air conditioning frame, it turned out that a rotary table had to be designed. The thesis has been completed in several stages. The first stage describes the creation of a production line for the air conditioning frame and the related challenges. In the second stage, the problem is that the rotary table is necessary for welding and checking hardto-reach places and the bottom. The author gives an overview of the construction of the rotary table. Also, the second stage include an overiew of selection of materials, purchasing products, bearings and reducer. The third stage involves an economic part. The price of material, products and resources required for the construction of the table is summarized in the table. In addition, there is a description of how the rotary table price of rotary table is divided between conditioner frames throughout the project. The goal of the thesis has been achieved. Designed rotary tables provide optimum welding technology and accompanying procedures. The rotary tables have a payback period of 1 year and the product sales price is 3355.71 €, acceptable to the customer. At present, rotary tables are in use and are indispensable for the production line.
