Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on lahendtatud Terastiimi teraskarkass laohoone põhilised kandekonstruktsioonid ning koostatud kokkuvõttev infot sisaldav mudel. Projekteeritud hoonel on sümmeetriliselt asetsevad jäigastavad elemendid, regulaarne karkass ja ühes suunas mõjuvalt vaadeldud tuulekoormus. Lõputöös teostati arvutused konstruktsioonielementide ristlõigete leidmiseks, raudbetoonist vundamentide ja sõlmede dimensioneerimist lõputöös ei käsitletud. Katuse kandvaks profiilplekiks valiti Ruukki T130M-75L-930 margiga S350GD+Z. Katusetaladeks valiti IPE120 talad terase tugevusklassiga S355. Lahendatud ferm koosneb vahemikus 120-50 mm küljelaiuse ja 4-5 mm paksustest kanttoruprofiilidest, mille tugevusklassiks on S355. Tuulediagonaalideks valiti 16- 20 mm läbimõõduga terasvardad. Arvutatud postide profiiliks valiti HEA220, HEA180 ja 180×180×6 postid tugevusklassiga S355. Käsitsi arvutused teostati talale, postile, diagonaalile ja kontrolliks osati fermile. Lahendatud karkassi osad on kajastatud lõputöö graafilises osas

Abstract [en]

In this graduate thesis, the main steel supporting structures of the Terastiim warehouse and the compilation of a summary model of information are solved. The designed building has symmetrical stiffening elements, a regular frame and its wind load is estimated in terms of the one-direction impact. In the graduate thesis, calculations were made to find the cross section of structural elements, while the dimensions of reinforced concrete foundations and nodes were not addressed in this thesis. The Ruukki T130M-75L-930 of the mark S350GD+Z was chosen as a load-bearing tiling profile. The IPE120 beams – the steel of grade S355 – have been selected as the roof beams. The designed truss is composed of 120-50 mm sidewall and 4-5 mm thick square tube profiles of strength class S355. As the wind braces, the steel rods 16-20 mm in diameeter were chosen. As the calculated post profiles, the HEA220, HEA180 and 180×180×6 were selected of the strength class S355. The author performed manual calculations for beam, post, brace, and, for the purpose of control – for some sections of the truss. The sections of the truss are reflected in the graphical part of the graduate paper.
