Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida konkurentsivõimeline lähteülesande nõuetele vastav masin ehk tulelukuna toimiv pöörd-dosaator. Autor täitis kõik etteantud nõuded tehes kindlaks, et projekteeritav masin sobib käsitlema kliendi tehases leiduvat puiduhaket, sobib kokku olemasolevate seadmete mõõtudega ning on ohutu kasutajale. Lisaks kliendi poolt esitatud nõuetele seadme projekteerimiseks lisas autor nende hulka asjakohased Euroopa Liidus ja Eesti Vabariigis kehtivad direktiivid, standardid ja seadused. Autor lisas töösse CE vastavusmärgise ning selle masinale kinnitamiseks vajamineva vastavusdeklaratsiooni ja riskianalüüsi. Selgus, et seadmel esineb paar võimalikku ohtu, kuid need on projekteerimise käigus lihtsasti ennetatavad eeldusel, et masina kasutaja järgib kõiki kasutusjuhendis olevaid ohutusnõudeid. Autor tegi olulistele masina mõõtudele kontrollarvutused, mis kinnitasid valitud rootori diameetri, korpuse pikkuse ja rootori kiiruse sobivust etteantud tootlikkuse tagamiseks. Lisaks tehti kontrollarvutused rootori töövõllile kolmes ohtlikuimas lõikes tugevusele ja väsimusele. Saadud tulemuste alusel saadi kinnitus, et valitud võlli astmete diameetrite tugevus on tagatud. Majanduslikus osas arvutati toote omahind (**** €) ja müügihind (**** €). Kliendi poolt saadud tagasisidet arvestades oli saadud müügihind konkurentsivõimeline võrreldes konkureerivate pakkumistega. Täpsemalt konkureerivaid pakkumisi klient ei esitlenud ja töös välja tuua ei ole võimalik, sest see läheks vastuollu Eesti Vabariigis kehtiva konkurentsiseadusega. Lõputöö täidab enda eesmärki. Projekteeritud masin muudab kliendi tehase ohutumaks ning seadme hind on konkurentsivõimeline.

Abstract [en]

The goal of this thesis was to design a fireproof rotary valve that meets the given requirements and has a competitive price. Author filled all given requirements making sure that the designed device is suitable for handling wood chips found in clients factory, fits to existing devices and is safe to operate. In addition to requirements given by client, author has added relevant directives, standards and laws which are valid in the European Union and the Republic of Estonia. Author has added CE conformity mark to the thesis as well as the declaration of conformity and risk analysis which are the main requirements for the manufacturer when adding the CE conformity mark to the device. It was made clear that there are a couple of potential risks but they are easily avoided while designing the machine assuming that the operator of this machine follows all safety instructions given in the operators manual. Author has performed calculations regarding main picked dimensions which confirmed that the selected rotor diameter, length of the housing and speed of the rotor are suitable to meet the needed capacity requirement. In addition author has performed strength and fatigue calculations to the rotor shaft three most dangerous sections. The obtained results show that the strength of shaft different diameters is quaranteed. In the economic part of the thesis author has calculated the net- and sale price of the product. The feedback of the client regarding sale price indicates that it was competitive compared to competitive offers. Client didn’t present competitive offers specifically and author was unable to add those to the thesis because it would be in conflict with competition law which is valid in the Republic of Estonia. The thesis fulfills its purpose. Designed device helps to make clients factory safer and has a competitive price.
