Abstract

Lõputöö teemaks oli valitud rajatava puidutöötlemisettevõtte tootmishoone sprinklersüsteemi projekteerimine (tuleohutuskindluse tõstmine). Teema on pakutud tööandjalt KE INFRA AS, kus töötan eelarvestaja/projektijuhina ning kooskõlastatud Tellija ettevõttega. Sprinklersüsteemi projekteerimist pakuti selleks, et avardada ja rakendada omandatud tehnilisi teadmisi ja oskusi neid lahendada. Tavalised inimesed ei teadvusta sageli valitsevatest ohtudest (tulekahju) töökohtadel, tootmishoonetes, millega võivad kaasneda suured materiaalsed kahjud (inimelud, kallid seadmed, materjalid jne.) Oma töös püüdsin kajastada sprinklersüsteemi projekteerimist, lähtudes Eesti Vabariigi kehtivatest seadustest, normidest, standarditest ning Tellija soove arvestades. Töös on esitatud projekteeritava süsteemi üldiseloomustus, lähteandmed, normdokumendid, süsteemi kirjeldus, kaitstavate tsoonide iseloomustus, kasutajale esitatav inspekteerimise ja kontrolltegevuse plaan - vajaduse põhjused. Materjalide spetsifikatsioon – kuna tegemist ei ole töö- vaid põhiprojektiga, siis leiavad antud töös kajastust ainult põhilised materjalid. Majanduslik osa – lisatud hinnakalkulatsioonid, mis tavapäraselt ei kuulu projekti mahtu. Eraldi märgin (tootmis)hoone montaažitööde hinnakalkulatsiooni, lähtudes KE INFRA AS huvidest, on nim. kalkulatsioon koostatud detaile kajastamata. Iga uus sprinklerpaigaldis tuleb ehitada vastavalt nõuetekohasele projektile. Tehnilise kontrolli käigus hinnati projekti vastavust. Enda arvates sain püstitatud ülesandega hakkama, kuna töö käigus on seatud nõudmised, lahendatud ning olen teostatud tööga rahul.

Abstract [en]

Designing the Sprinkler System for the Manufacturing Building. The subject of the final thesis was chosen to be the design of the sprinkler system of the manufacturing building of the wood processing company to be established (raising the fire safety). The subject has been proposed by the employer KE INFRA AS, where I work as a budgeter / project manager and has been approved by the Client company. The design of the sprinkler system was proposed in order to widen and apply the acquired technical knowledge and skills. The ordinary people do not usually acknowledge the hazards (fire) at work places, in manufacturing buildings, which can bring along great material damages (people's lives, expensive equipment, materials, etc). In my thesis I tried to express the design of the sprinkler system, proceeding from the valid legal acts of the Republic of Estonia, the norms, standards and the Client's wishes. The thesis presents the general description of the designed system, the initial data, norm documents, description of the system, the description of the zones to be protected, the inspection and control activity plan to be presented to the user and the reasons for necessity. The specification of materials - as it is not a work project, but basic project, then only the main materials have been specified in the thesis. The economic part - price calculations have been added, which are generally not included in the project volume. The price calculation of the installation works of the (manufacturing) building has been separately noted, without details proceeding from the interests of KE INFRA AS. Each new sprinkler installation must be built according to the required project. The technical control examined the compliance of the project. In the opinion of the author the established task has been accomplished, as the requirements for the work have been achieved and the work performed is satisfactory.
