Abstract

Loodava remonditöökoja eesmärgiks on haarata arvestatav turuosa Põlvamaal, pakkudes kvaliteetset remondi- ja hooldusteenust. Remonditöökoda plaanitakse luua Põlvamaale Tilssi ostetud hoonesse. Enne tegevuse alustamist tuleb hoonet renoveerida ning varustada töökoda sobiva sisseseadega. Renoveerimise ja sisseseade kulude katmiseks taotletakse toetust PRIA-lt – selle abil on võimalik katta kuni 40% esialgse investeeringu kuludest. Ettevõttesse on plaanis luua 3 töökohta, 2 autotehnikut ja tööde vastuvõtja- meister, kellele soovitakse pakkuda Põlva maakonna keskmist brutopalka. Remonditöökojal on Põlva- ja Võrumaal mitmeid konkurente, kellest olulisemaks peetakse nende asukoha tõttu Tuuleristi OÜ-d ja Kiisaküla Tüükoda OÜ-d. Loodava remonditöökoja reklaamimiseks planeeritakse aktiivselt kasutada sotsiaalmeediat, raadioreklaami ning ettevõttele luuakse oma kodulehekülg. SWOT analüüsi põhjal on ettevõtte peamisteks tugevusteks kaasaegsed seadmed, kogemustega ja erialase haridusega töötajad ning kohalike kontaktide olemasolu. Nõrkusteks aga alustava ettevõttena vähene kliendibaas ning renoveerimiseks ja töökoja sisseseade soetamiseks vajaminev suur investeering. Remonditöökoja tasuvuse hindamiseks leiti tasuvusaeg 50% kui 75% töötundide väljamüügi korral. Kuna töötundide müügist saadav tulu oli nendel juhtudel väga erinev, siis selgus, et ka tasuvusaeg varieerub 0,86 kuni 3,84 aastani. Reaalsuses jääb esimestel aastatel väljamüügi % ilmselt 50% ja 75% vahele ning seega on ka remonditöökoja tasuvusaeg vahemikus 1-4 aastat olenevalt tegelikust väljamüügist ja kulude prognoosi täpsusest. Ka juhul kui esimestel tegevusaastatel on töötundide väljamüük 50% ning lõplikuks tasuvusajaks jääb seega ligi 4 aastat, tasub remonditöökoja loomine ennast ikkagi ära.

Abstract [en]

The title of current thesis is Establishing a Car Repair Shop to Põlva County. The purpose of the car repair shop is to gain considerable market share in Põlva county, offering high-quality repair and maintenance service. The car repair shop is planned to be located in a recently purchased building located in Tilsi village, Põlva county. Before the car repair shop can start offering services, the building has to renovetaed and equipped with suitable equipment. To partially cover renovation and equipment costs, it is planned to apply for PRIA support for development on rural life, which could cover up to 40% of initial investment costs. Initially is planned to create 3 positions in the car repar shop (2 car technicians and a master) who would receive the average gross salary in Põlva county. The car repair shop has several competitors, but the most important ones are Tuuleristi OÜ and Kiisaküla Tüükoda OÜ, due to ther nearby location. In order to promote the car repair shop, both radio commercial and social media channels are used, also it will have its own homepage with pricelist and contacts. Based on the SWOT- analysis the main strenghts of the car repair shop are modern equipment, experienced and trained staff and aso the fact that the owners of the car repair shop are familiar with the local people. Main weakness on the other hand, are low customer base (as company is just starting its activity) and also significant financial investment that is needed for renovation and purchasing equipment. In order to evaluate the profitability of the car repair shop, payback period was calcuated in two cases – firstly if the sell- out of working hours is 50% and secondly, if it is 75%. As the revenue from selling working hours was very different when comparing 50% and 75% sell-out, then it also turned out that the payback period varies between 1-4 yeas depending of the actual sell-out and accuracy of cost forecast. But even if the sell-out of working hours is 50% and payback period is almost 4 years, then it still pays off to start the car repair shop.
