Abstract

Masina- ja metallitööstus on Eestis tähtis tööstusharu. Väikeettevõtetel on selles sektoris oluline roll, kuna nad moodustavad valdava enamuse. Saime teada, et Saaremaale on neist ettevõtetest koondunud 10, kes tegelevad nii masina- ja metalltoodete, kui ka muude transpordivahendite tootmisega. Üks tuntumaid on Smidt Metall OÜ. Samuti on mitmed välisfirmad oma tütarettevõtteid rajanud Saaremaale, nagu Rootsi firma Hammarprodukter AB, kes rajas Saaremaale tütarfirma Hammarprodukter OÜ. Väikeettevõtted Smidt Metall OÜ ja Hammarprodukter OÜ on teinud aastaid ettevõtetevahelist koostööd. Tellimustöödena on Smidt Metall OÜ poolt valminud mitmed detailid ja seadmed erinevatele ettevõtetele Saaremaal, üle Eesti ja välismaalegi. Lõputöö teemaks oli puurimisseadme projekteerimine. Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida elektri maakaabli ja elektrikilpide tähistuspostidele avade puurimiseks puurimisseade, mis võimaldaks teostada tööoperatsioonid ühel seadmel, hoida kokku aega ja vähendades käsitsi töö mahtu. Seoses turu laienemisega Eestisse ja välismaale, on tellimused suurenenud ja mitmeid erinevaid tööpinke kasutades ning käsitsi tööd rakendades oleks avade puurimine aeganõudev ja ei rahuldaks klientide vajadusi. Lõputöös püstitatud hüpotees leidis kinnitust. Puurimisseade on avade puurimiseks tööoperatsioonidega ühel seadmel. Toote vajalikkust tingis teema aktuaalsus, sest tähistuspostid on tänapäeva ühiskonnas vajalikud. Lõputöö oli üles ehitatud peatükkidena ja alapeatükkidena. Esimeses peatükis tutvustati ettevõtete Smitd Metall OÜ ning Hammarprodukter OÜ tegevust, tegevusvaldkondi, arengusuundi, koostööpartnereid, koostööd. Anti ülevaade ettevõtte tootmistegevusest, teenustest, tellimustöödest, tööde teostamisest, toodangust, toodangu ekspordist ja ettevõtte uuendustest. Teises peatükis anti ülevaade puurimisseadme kasutuselolevast tehnoloogiast, detailidest, toote kirjeldusest, materjali valikust, tehnilisest osast, arvutustest, puurimisseadme reguleerimisvõimalustest, avaldati pneumo – ja elektriskeem. Majanduslikus osas arvutati prototüübi maksumus ja tasuvusaeg. Lisas avaldati joonised.

Abstract [en]

Machine and metal industry in Estonia is important industrial activity. Together the small enterprises can make themselves be more visible for the customers. Small firms have in this sector essential role as they forming majority of all enterprises. To Saaremaa are concentrated 10 of these firms who are active in machine and metal production. One of them better renomade is Smidt Metall OÜ. Also are several foreign firms set up their subsidiaries on Saaremaa, as Swedish firm Hammarprodukter AB, who created filiale Hammarprodukter OÜ. The small firms Smidt Metall OÜ and Hammarprodukter OÜ have worked together the years. As order- works: there are produced several details and devices to different enterprises in Saaremaa, over Estonia and even abroad. The boring device for drilling holes to electric underground cable and electric shields stake intervals made as an ordering work. The purpose of the conclusion was: to project the boring device for drilling holes to electric underground cable and electric shields stake intervals, that possibly allowing acomplish all operations of work on one- single device, would save resources, time, because it is massproduction and market demand is big. The orders are big and using several different work- benchis and manual- work applying should drilling the holes timetaking and should not satisfying customers needs. In conclusion work raised hypothesis that the boring device could allow drilling holes with workoperations on one- single device found confirmation. The product necessity was determined by theme actuality on two reasons: because electric underground cable and electric shields stake intervals are in today`s society needed and also expanded market demand in Estonia and foreign countries. The conclusion work consists from chapters- in which first present firms Smidt Metall OÜ and Hammarprodukter AB (in Sweden) and her subsidiary Hammarprodukter OÜ (in Estonia), fields of activity, developments, partners, cooperation. Also present review of history of companies: from activity of production, services, ordered works, production, exports of production and innovations of companies. Also handle necessity of electric underground cable and electric shields stake intervals in nowadays, bringing these objects into visibility and grant safety of cables and shields. In second chapter give review from technology of the boring device in use, description of product, choise of material technical part, calculations, options to regulate the boring device, schemes, economical part and healthcare and safety of work. In the economical part have been calculated the cost of prototype and the time of profitability- in which time and about what month,- year- perspective the pototype earns back expences done to the boring device. The drawnings were added in extras.
