Abstract

Lõputöö käigus töötati välja uus tehnoloogia toote pumbakorpuse töötlemiseks paindtootmiskompleksis. Antud tehnoloogia väljatöötamise käigus kaasajastati antud toote valmistamistehnoloogiat. Tehnoloogia töötati välja paindtootmiskopleksi FMS-XDM põhjal, lähtudes antud kompleksi võimalustest. Antud tehnoloogia lähtus 5-teljelise freesimiskeskuse kasutamisest. Tehnoloogia loomise käigus oli kaks keerulist momenti. Esimeseks oli instrumentide valik. Instrumentide valikul tuli hoida tehtavate investeeringute maht väike, kuid ei tohtinud kaotada masinaajas. Lisaks tuli lahendada D=11 mm avade töötlemine. Õeldud siirde puhul oli rakse määrata lõiketöötlemis parameetreid. Kuna tegemist oli sügavavaga, tuli leida sobiv ettenihe, mis tagaks laastu õige murdumise ja eemaldumise. Kuigi laastu eemaldamiseks kasutati kõrgel survel läbijahutust, oli probleemiks laastu kogunemine laastueemaldussoonde. Antud tehnoloogia välja töötamisega saavutati seatud eesmärid ning saavutati toote valmistamisel efektiivsem tulemus. Uue tehnoloogiaga kulub ühe detaili valmistamiskes 33 min 53 sek. Detaili valmistamise maksumuseks kujunes 44,89 eurot, mis 6,81 eurot madalam võrreldes eelnevaga. Paindtootmiskompleksis tootmiseks on sobivad suuregabariidilised või keerukate pindadega detailid. Selleks, et süsteemi võimalikult efektiivselt kasutada, peaksid tooted olema seeriatootmises. See võimaldab luua tehnoloogiaid kus on kasutusel rakised ja süsteemi on võimalik käitada automaatselt. Projektis käsitletud toode sobib tootmiseks paindtootmiskompleksis, juhul kui tegemist on saritootmisega. Toote aastapartii peab olema vähemalt 1000 detaili.

Abstract [en]

The title of the thesis is „Product Technology Implementation in the Flexible Manufacturing System“. This project deals with the product development and technological modernization of a product, following the example of a manufacturing enterprise in Estonia. Product technology development is carried out based on the modern flexible manufacturing complex FMS XMD. The flexible manufacturing complex is the most modern and efficient manufacturing method, which enables to automate the production to a large extent, thus reducing the relevance of people in the production process. The objectives were to develop an appropriate and modern technology for the production of the pump casing. The developed technology is intended to provide a more efficient means of manufacturing the parts. The manufacturing costs of the parts must also be calculated. These factors had to be considered to evaluate the suitability of the product for the FMS. The project has developed a new and modern technology for the manufacturing of the product. It was necessary to monitor that the investment for completing the entire project would be minimal during the development of the technology. The technology was developed in view of 5-axis operating centers. The choice of tools was based on the optimal choice which would enable the best performance. A mount was designed for the product that made it possible to create the part in the course of a single operation. This project developed a technology for making parts more efficiently and economically profitably than it was possible with prior technology. The project therefore met its stated objectives. This project led to the conclusion that the product is suitable for manufacture in the FMS system in case of serial production. The flexible manufacturing system FMS XMD is useful for producing big gauge or complex surfaces with high accuracy, as well as classic products. This ensures the most efficient use of the system.
