Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli konstrueerida abiveo süsteem Ferrel F12T mudelile, mis lihtsustaks metsa väljaveo protsessi ning suurendaks seeläbi metsamajanduse tootlikkust. Lõputöö käigus muudeti baasmudeli raami ning lisati vajalikud metallkonstruktsioonid. Lisaks sellele loodi hüdroskeem, mis arvestab käru moderniseerimisega kaasnevaid iseärasusi. Valiti välja hüdroajami tarvis minevaid hüdroelemente ning toodi välja teoreetiline lahendus käru ning traktori rataste sünkroonimise probleemi lahendamiseks. Seejärel teostati majanduslik kalkulatsioon, et leida, kui suur on prototüübi maksumus ning ligikaudne investeeringute tasuvusaeg. Koostati tehniline dokumentatsioon tähtsamatest moderniseerimisega seotud konstruktsioonidest.

Abstract [en]

Main goal in this diploma thesis is modernisation of Ferrel F12T forest trailer. Main part of modernisation process is engineering hydraulic drive. Purpose of this drive is to decrease time of exporting valuable material out of forest and increase the amount of forest export. Hydraulic drive option offers more power when conditions in forest are extreme. For example in autumn and spring soil is very wet and there is danger that forest tractor and trailer will get stuck while exporting wood out of forest. Statistics show that export and import of forest materials has been growing for past years, therefore diploma thesis topic is actual enought to be dealt with.
