Abstract

Antud diplomitöö esmane eesmärk oli planeerida auto-moto ringraja kompleks, mis vastab FIA kõrgematele nõuetele ning võimaldab korraldada kõikidel tasemetel auto-moto võistlusi, kuhu kindlasti kuuluvad vormel 1 ja moto GP. Kompleks on planeeritud toimima hästi multifunktsionaalselt, mis loob erinevad võimalused ka muudeks tegevusteks, mitte ainult võidusõitmiseks. Planeering aitab peatselt tegevust lõpetavale karjäärile leida uus funktsioon ning sulanduda kokku pealekasvava linnaga. Üldplaneeringu ja arengukva kohaselt sobib selline planeering antud piirkonda ideaalselt, luues uued võimalused spordile, kultuurile, meelelahutusele ja majandusele.

Abstract [en]

The primary objective of the above diploma thesis was to design a motor racing circuit which would comply with the highest standards of the FIA and enable to organize automobile and motor races on each level including Formula 1 and MotoGP. The described complex is intended as a multifunctional facility, which would provide different opportunities for other activities not related to racing. The proposed project would give a new function to the soon to be defunct open-pit mine and conjoin it with the advancing city. According to the general planning and the general development plan the above project would ideally fit the existing location, simultaneously providing new perspectives for sports, culture, entertainment, and economy
