Abstract

Antud töö eesmärgiks oli läbi vaadata olemasolevad operatsioonid ning lõiketöötluse para-meetrid, et nende baasil teha parendusettepanekud tootmise protsessis ning seeläbi saavutada majandusliku kasumlikkuse suurendamine. Töö koosnes kolmest etapist. Töö kirjalikus osas võeti kõik etapid ühtselt kokku. Esimeses osas hinnati olemasolevaid protsesse. Teise osana määrati materjalile sobivad lõike- terikud ning neile tootja soovitusele vastavalt töötluse parameetrid. Kolmandas osas määrati töö käigus sobivad lõikeparameetrid vaatluse põhjal. Seda põhjusel, et osadel juhtudel ei olnud laastu murdumine soovitatud parameetritega töödeldes kõige parem või puudus üldse. Eesmärgiks oli saada kiire lõiketöötlemine hea laastuga, mis murduks nii nagu ette nähtud ja ei ummistaks masinat. Töö saavutas eesmärgi, sest üsna lihtsate ja odavate muudatustega saavutati aastaprogrammi kohta märkimisväärne finantsiline võit, tänu millele säästetakse aastas 22848€.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this work was to review existing operations and machining parameters were to be based on these improvements to the manufacturing process and thereby achieve economic profitability increases. The work consisted of three phases. The written part of work all three stages gathered together coherently. The first part evaluated existing processes. The second part of the insert was determined by the material suitable for cutting and processing in accordance with the parameters recommended by the manufacturer for them. The third part was assigned to work during the survey of suitable cutting parameters. This is because in some cases there was no chip breaking with recommended parameters for treating the best or nonexistent. The goal was to get a good rapid cut processing chips that split as intended and does not contaminate the machine. Working achieved its goal, because quite simple and inexpensive modifications were achieved the annual program with a significant time saving, thanks to which saving is € 22,848 per year.
