Abstract

Lõputöö seisneb probleemi püstitusel ja selle edukal lahendamisel. Töö hõlmab endas kettkonveieri projekteerimist olemasolevasse punkrisse. Ehituslik lahendus erineb mõnevõrra turul pakutavatest toodetest ning on tehtud erilahendusena. Töö eesmärk oli projekteerida kettkonveier vastavalt tellija vajadustele ning arvutada millise hinnaga suudaks pakutavat lahendust toota mikroettevõte MySteel OÜ. Töö sisaldab tugevusarvutusi tähtsamatele sõlmedele. Kirjeldab materjali valikut. Materjali kulutabeleid ja hindasid, mille põhjal on koostatud omahinna kalkulatsioon. Arvutatud on kettkonveieri konkurentsivõimeline müügihind. On toodud võrdlus sarnaste turul pakutavate lahendustega ning nende hindadega. Tutvustatud on mikroettevõtte võimalusi kettkonveieri tootmiseks. Töö tulemusena projekteeriti kettkonveier, mis suudab tagada tootlikuse 40 t/h võimaldab punkrit tühjendada vastavalt siibrite avamise järjekorrale ning sobitub olemasolevasse ehitisse.

Abstract [en]

The thesis consists of problem description and its successful resolution. The work includes the designing of grain chain conveyor in existing old sawdust bunker. Engineering solution differs somewhat from the market of the products offered on and made to order special solution. Aim of the work was to design a chain conveyer according to the customer's needs and be able to calculate the price suggested solution produce micro enterprise MySteel . The work includes calculations the strength of important elements . Describes the choice of material. Material cost tables, and market values what gives net cost of project. Calculated value what gives selling value to suggested solution. Examples of similar market offered solutions and their costs. Introduces micro business opportunities for the production of chain conveyor. As a result of project is conveyor what able to ensure the productivity of 40 t / h allows the hopper to shift opening order and fit into the hopper.
