Abstract

Lõputöö teemaks oli Vara Saeveskisse pakkimisliinile abilifti projekteerimine. Lõputööd koostati AS Hekotek baasil, mis on puidutöötlemise seadmeid projekteeriv ja valmistav masinaehitus ettevõte. Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida Vara Saeveski pakkimisliinile abilift, mis kiirendaks pakkimisliini tööd, sest praeguses olukorras toimusid pidevalt konveierite seiskumised, kuna pealift, mis korjab lauapaki kokku, ei suutnud oma tööd võrdväärselt pakkimisliini konveieritele teha. Nüüd projekteeritud abiliftiga on võimalik Vara Saeveskil see probleem lahendada. Lisaks on Hekotekil nüüd olemas uus arendatud abilift, millega saab pakkuda kompaktsemat seadmepaigutust tööstushoonetesse. Projekteerimise osas sai väga palju tehtud tugevusarvutusi ja FEM analüüse läbipainete ning pingete osas, sest lifti käppade pika väljaulatuse tõttu tulid teguritena arvestusse suured jõuõlad, mida pidi arvestama, et ei toimuks väsimuspurunemisi suurte pingete tõttu. Seetõttu pidi materjalide õige ristlõike valimisel tihti tegema mitmeid katseid, enne kui saavutati lubatud läbipaine ja pinged viidi vastavusse materjali valikuga. Laagritele valikul pidi osades sõlmedes arvestama väga suurte koormustega ning vajaliku tööea saavutamiseks pidi kasutama radiaalkuullaagrite asemel silinder-rull laagreid, mis oli võimalik, sest telgsuunalised jõud puudusid. Projekteerimise lõpuosas on tehtud FEM analüüsid lifti käpa korpusele ja lifti kandekonstruktsioonile, mille tulemused on esitatud piltide näol. Majanduslikus osas on välja toodud omahind, milleks kujunes ligikaudu 15 000 €. See sisaldab ostukomponente, materjali kulu, projekteerimiskulu ja majanduslikku kulu. Seda võrreldi vana abilifti müügihinnaga ning kasumit võib Hekotek teenida abilifti müügiga kuni 8 %, mis on masinaehitusettevõttele väga hea tulemus. Majandusliku poolepealt toodi välja ka müügiargument Vara Saeveskile, mille abil saab Hekotek antud seadet müüa. Müügiargumendiks on, et abilift teenib oma investeeringu tagasi pooleteise kuuga. 35 Lõputöö täidab oma eesmärki. Projekteeritud abilift on võimeline tõstma Vara Saeveski tootmiskiirust 10 %. Hekotekile on antud korralik müügiargument selle abilifti müügiks nii Vara Saeveskile kui hiljem ka teistele saeveskitele.

Abstract [en]

The thesis topic was engineering an assistance lift for packaging line in Vara Saeveski OÜ. The thesis was created based on AS Hekotek, which is a mechanical engineering company engineering and manufacturing woodworking equipment. Aim of the thesis was to engineer an assistance lift for a packaging line in Vara Saeveski, which would accelerate the work of the packaging line. In the current situation continuous stalls of conveyors took place, because the main lift, which collects the board pile, could not do the work equal to conveyors of the packaging line. Now with the engineered assistance lift, Vara Saeveski has the possibility to solve the problem. In addition, Hekotek now has a new developed assistance lift, which can provide a more compact appliance placing in industrial buildings. Many strength calculations in the case of engineering and FEM analysis for sags and tensions were made, because due to the long protrusion of the flippers great machine torques came into account as factors, which had to be considered that no exhaustion damages would not appear due to great tensions. Therefore, the materials had to be tested many times, before the allowed sag was reached and tensions were aligned with the material selection. Very high loads had to be taken into account in some of the units in the case of choosing bearings and for reaching the necessary working time radial ball bearings had to be replaced with cylinder-roller bearings. This was possible because there were no axial forces. At the conclusion of the engineering, FEM analyses have been made for the lifts flippers corpus and bearing structure. The results are presented in the form of pictures. Net cost has been brought out in the economic part. It amounted to approximately 15,000 euros. In contains components of purchasing, cost of the material, cost of the engineering and the economic cost. This was compared to the sale price of the previous assistance lift and Hekotek could gain up to 8% with selling the assistance lift, which is a very good outcome for an engineering company. Also, a selling point was brought out to Vara Saeveski, which helps Hekotek to sell the given device. The selling point is that the assistance lift will earn its investment back within a month and a half. 37 The thesis fulfils its objective. The assistance lift engineered is able to increase the production speed of Vara Saeveski by 10%. The selling point given to Hekotek helps to sell it to Vara Saeveski and later also to other sawmills.
