Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö käigus projekteeriti autoklaasi kontroll-liini üks osa, milleks on pöördlaud. Projekteeritud seadme eesmärgiks oli kliendi poolt etteantud aja jooksul klaaside kogumisaluse eest ära viimine. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud ja projekteeritud pöördlaud, mis suudab pöörata 180° etteantud 10 sekundi jooksul, võttes arvesse klaaside maksimaalsed gabariitmõõdud ja massi. Selleks on projekteerimise käigus välja arvutatud vajaminevate silindrite ja mootori sobilikkus ning kirjeldatud ka teiste ostuosade valikut. Teostati majanduslik kalkulatsioon leidmaks pöördlaua omahind. Arvesse on võetud kulud: projekteerimisele, koostamisele, materjalile, ostuosadele, pinnakattele, transpordile, paigaldusele ja tootmise üldkulud. Lühidalt on kirjeldatud projekteeritud seadme ohutusnõudeid.

Abstract [en]

In this thesis turning table is designed as a part of car glass control line. The aim of this turning table was to achieve carring away a full pallet of car glasses for specified time. In this thesis there are described and designed turning table which is able to turn 180 degrees in 10 seconds, taking to account maximum overall dimensions and total weight of a full pallet of car glasses. In course of designing there are calculations to find suitable pneumatical cylinders and reductor motor. Also other purchase parts are described. Financial calculation was made to find net value for turning table. Costs for design work, assembly work, materials, purchase parts, surface treatment, transport, mounting and production general costs were taken to account. Brief description of safety instructions.
