Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida uut vedrustussüsteemi tsiviillennuki jaoks ja optimeerida silindri tööd. Lõputöö on valminud Tarragon Aircraft koostööl. Projekti valmistamiseks oli kasutatud SolidWorks tarkvara, mille abil oli valitud optimaalsed parameetrid ja materjalid konstruktsiooni jaoks. Töö käigus sai ümber ehitatud silindri konstruktsioon, mis annab nüüd võimaluse kasutada vedrustussüsteemi teistel lennukitel. Selle tulemusena Tarragon Aircraft ei pea ostma vedrustussüsteemi teiste firmade käest vaid võib ise neid müüa teistele. Tänu SolidWorks Simulation’ile sai leitud õige materjal keevitamiseks ja optimaalne keevisõmbluse kõrgus, mis võimaldab teha parema koostu minimaalsete kulutustega. Viimasel etapil sai analüüsitud ka hüdrosilindri voolavust. Selle analüüsi tulemusena leiti kolvivarre töörežiimid erineva maandamise kiirusega.

Abstract [en]

The subject of the thesis was to design a new suspension system for civil aircraft and optimize the work of the cylinder. The thesis was completed in collaboration with Tarragon Aircraft. For this project CAD software SolidWorks was used, which allowed to select best materials and optimum parameters for the structure. During the work cylinder was redesigned, which now provides the opportunity to use the suspension system on other airplanes. This means that now Tarragon Aircraft do not need to buy suspension systems from other companies, however, may sell their own system to other companies. SolidWorks Simulation was used to find the right material for welding and the optimal weld bead height, which allows to make a better version of an assembly for minimal cost. Last part of this project was to analyze the flow inside hydraulic cylinder. The result of this analyzation allowed to find different possibilities of rod working modes at different landing speeds of airplane. Tarragon Aircraft is currently doing last tests and in early summer they are planning to get a certificate for suspension system manufacturing and sale. Earlier this year they received a large order from America for 10 aircrafts.
