Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli kallurkasti ONIAR 13T D-Trailer uuendamine. Antud ülesanne püstitati eesmärgiga lahendada tootmises tekkinud kitsaskohad ja seeläbi võimaldada lihtsamat kallurkasti koostamist. Lõputöö käigus sai loodud ülevaade konkureerivatest toodetest, esitatud luugi kinemaatika võrdlus esimese põlvkonnaga võrreldes, analüüsitud ja projekteeritud kasti kinnituskronsteinid ja luugi lukustuskonksud. Analüüsi käigus sooritati nii LEM kui ka arvutuslik kontroll, veendumaks uute lahenduste tugevuses nendele peale langevate koormate puhul. Tootmise jaoks sai koostatud rakis keevitamaks alumisi kronsteine. Polditavate alumiste kronsteinide kasutuselevõtt koos reguleeritava luugi lukustuskonksuga annavad võimaluse kasumit suurendada, sest K-Maatalouskesko OYJ poolt oli ette seatud kallurkasti müügihind.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this thesis paper is to renew the construction for ONIAR 13T D-Trailer dump-trailer. The task in hand was to resolve problems and shortcomings that arose during prodution and by resolving those shortcomings would give a possibility to make it easier to assemble the dump trailer. In the thesis there is an overview of the main competitors, a comparison between the first generation hatch kinematics and the improved one, analysis and engineering of the lower mounting brackets and the hatch locking holding hook. During the analysis FEM and computational verification was done, to make sure that the new constructional solutions are able to withstand the forces that act upon them. There was also a welding fixture engineered for the lower mounting brackets. Making use of the bolted lower mounting brackets gives the possibility to increase profit because K-Maatalouskesko OYJ has set and upper limit sale price.
