Abstract

Lõputöö püstitatud eesmärgiks oli koostada praktiline kogum nõuetest laevade elektri- ja automaatika kilpide koostele AS HEET madalpinge tehase töötajatele. Tehase laienemis plaanidega, ning uute inimeste tööle võtmisega seoses otsustati, et tuleb uuendada, täiendada ja korrektselt vormistada olemasolevaid juhendeid, millised käsitlevad merenduses kasutatavaid kilpe. Lähtuvalt sellest oli peamiseks eesmärgiks siduda tehase oskustööliste kogemusi ning laiendada teadmisi laevanduses kasutatavate standarditega. Lõputöö raames kilpide paigaldatava süsteemist aru saamiseks käsitleti laevade elektrijaotust süsteeme, kus kirjeldati kõrge- ja madalpingesüsteeme ning kus toodi välja enim kasutatava isoleeritud süsteemi eelised ja puudused. Elektri- ja automaatikakilpide otstarbe kohase ning vajaliku konstruktsiooni väljaselgitamiseks uuriti laevu kui paigalduskeskkonda. Kirjeldati selliseid keskkonnategureid nagu temperatuur, vibratsioon, niiskus, elektrimagnetiline ühilduvus, kiirendus ning ka teisi parameetreid, millised on seotud laevadega. Töö lõpuosas pöörati tähelepanu laevade kilpide koostete nõuetele. Peatükk on jaotatud neljaks põhiliseks osaks – kilbi korpust, juhtmestamist, seadmestamist ning puudutavatele osadele markeeringute kandmist, kus igaühes kirjeldati standardites olevaid nõudeid ning AS HEET tehase kogenud töötajate teadmistest saadud lisaoskusi montaažitöödes. Lõputöö tulemuseks on informatsioonikogum, milline on kasulik AS HEET madalpinge tehase tootmis-, kontrolli- ja müügiosakonna töötajatele, kes laieneva tootmise tõttu tegelevad üha enam laevade elektri- ja automaatikakilpidega ning muude seotud süsteemidega.

Abstract [en]

The thesis purpose was to create a set of practical requirements for the ships electrical and automation boards assembly, which would be used in AS HEET low voltage factory. Due to factory enlargement plans and the recruitment of the new people, it was decided that existing instructions concerning maritime boards are in need of update, amendment and proper formalization. Based on this the main purpose was to link the experience of skilled workers with existing regulations and to diversify the knowledge by using maritime standards. For the better understanding within the thesis was made a research on the ships electrical distribution systems, where the high and low voltage systems were described, and where the advantages and disadvantages of the most used isolated system (IT-system) were brought out. Next, the ships installation environment was examined to understand the intended purpose and the required structure of electrical and automation boards. In the chapter were described such environmental conditions as temperature, vibration, humidity, electromagnetic compatibility, acceleration, and other parameters, which are associated with vessels. In the end part of the thesis the attention was paid to the ships board assembly requirements. The chapter was divided into four main parts - the board casing, cables and wires, equipment and markings where each of the standard requirements were linked with the knowledge and experience of AS HEET factory employees. The thesis has resulted in a collection of information, which is useful for AS HEET low voltage factory production, control and sales department workers, who deal on a daily basis with the ships electrical and automation boards or other related systems.
