Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida kahepoolse suitsueemaldusluugi avamismehhanism vastavalt standardile EVS-EN 12101-2, samuti järgides ettevõttepoolseid nõudeid. Lõputöö valmis koostöös ettevõttega Antes Sales OÜ. Uue avamismehhanismi vajalikkus kerkis esile ettevõtte poolt läbiviidud turuuuringu käigus. Koostööpartnerid soovisid tellida kahepoolseid suitsueemaldusluuke, mida ettevõttel pakkuda polnud. Ettevõttes läbiviidud majandusanalüüsi tulemus näitas, et ettevõttel on otstarbekas välja töötada kahepoolne suitsueemaldusluuk. Suitsueemaldusluugi üheks osaks on avamismehhanism, mille projekteerimine on kajastud antud lõputöös. Lõputöös kajastud turuanalüüsi käigus selgub, et turul on pakkuda kahepoolsetele suitsuluukidele avamismehhanisme vähesel määral ning nende soetamise hind on küllaltki kõrge. Samuti nõuab turul pakutavate avamismehhanismide paigaldamine lisakulutusi. Suitsuluugi avamismehhanismi käitamiseks kasutatava mootori parameetrite selgitamiseks on teostatud arvutused. Arvutuste tulemus kinnitas, et mootor, mida kasutatakse ka hetkel toodetavates ühepoolsetes avamismehhanismides on sobilik. Tugevusarvutus selgitab välja sobiva profiili, mis ühendab suitsuluugi kaane avamismehhanismiga. Suitsuluugi katsetuste käigus selgus, et projekteeritud avamismehhanism töötab vastavalt standardis EVS-EN 12101-2 esitatud nõuetele. Avamismehhanismi katsetuste käigus ilmnenud puudused kõrvaldati koheste muudatustega. Lõputöö raames töötati välja avamismehhanismi valmistamise tehnoloogia, mis baseerub ettevõttes kasutatavatele seadmetele ja olemasolevale tehnoloogiale. Avamismehhanismi valmistamise tehnoloogia koosneb lehtmaterjalist detailide valmistamisest ja nende koostamisest. Majanduslikus osas leiti avamismehhanismi täisomahind, milleks on 169,23 €. Täisomahind tõestab, et avamismehhanismi on kordades odavam ise valmistada kui sisse osta.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis was to project bilateral smoke removal hatch according to standard EVS-EN 12101-2 also in accordance with the requirements of the company. Thesis was completed in cooperation with company Antes Sales OÜ. The need for new opening mechanism arose through market investigation carried out by the company. Cooperation partners were intrested to order bilateral smoke removal hatches, which the company did not have to offer. Economic analysis carried out by the company showed, that it would be expedient to develop bilateral smoke removal hatch. One part of the smoke removal hatch is the opening mechanism, which projecting is reflected in given thesis. Marketing analysis given in this thesis reveals, that there are quite few offers for the opening mechanism of bilateral smoke removal hatch and the price of acquisiton is rather high. Also the installation of offered opening mechanisms in the market demands additional costs. There are calculations carried out to find out parameters of the motor to start the opening mechanism of the smoke hatch. The results of the calculations confirmed that the motor which also is used in currently produced one-sided opening mechanism is suitable. Strength calculations clarifies the suitable profile which connects the lead with the opening mechanism. The hatch testing revealed, that the projected opening mechanism works according to standard EVS-EN 12101-2 requirements. During the tests, the opening mechanism was improved. Within the framework of this thesis was developed manufacturing technology of the opening mechanism which is based on equipment and technology already used in the company. The manufacturing technology of the opening mechanism consists of the preparation and assembly of details made of sheet metal. In the economic part of the thesis was found manufacturing cost of the opening mechanism, which is 169,23 €. It proves that it is multiple times cheaper for the company to produce the opening mechanism, rather to procure.
