Abstract

Antud lõputöö on valminud aktsiaselts Konesko toel, kelle peamiseks tegevusalaks on elektrimootorite, elektrikappide – kilpide, e-ruumide ning sildkraanade otsvankrite valmistamine oma peamisele koostööpartnerile Konecranes OY’le. Käesoleva lõputöö käigus sai valmis projekteeritud koormus testi pingi raam elektrimootorite koormus testi pingile, teostatud keevisliite tugevus- ning majanduslikud arvutused. Elektrimootorite koormus testi pingi raami valmistamiseks sai kasutatud ruudukujulised külmvaltsitud nelikanttorud, mille mõõtmed on 70 x 70 x 5. Koormus testi pingi raam kokku keevitamiseks kasutati käsikaarkeevitust ehk MMA ehk elektrood keevitust. Elektrimootorite koormus testi pingi raam peab suutma taluda kuni 450 kilogrammist raskust, kui mootorit testitakse koormuse all. Antud koormus testi pingi eesmärk on hakata testima elektrimootoreid suuruses M06 kuni M28 ning seejuures vähendada sissetulevate reklamatsioonide hulka 80 %. Elektrimootorite koormus testi pingiga hakatakse testima mootoreid 60 Hz juures, mille käigus mõõdetakse testitava mootori parameetreid ning vibratsiooni. Koormus test mootoritel aitab välja selgitada kas antud mootori võib kliendile saata või mitte ning samuti paraneb ka välja saadetavate elektrimootorite kvaliteet. Majanduslikus osas on välja arvutatud materjalidele kulutused elektrimootorite koormus testi pingi raamile, testimisseadmetele ning töötajate palgafond. Millest järeldusi tehes selgus, et koormus testi pingiga oleks ettevõte säästnud aastas 2016 sissetulevate reklamatsioonide pealt 72 451,80 eurot. Arvestades, et elektrimootorite koormus testi pink on vähemalt viie aastane investeering siis ettevõte kasum viie aasta peale oleks ligikaudu ≈ 250 000 eurot.

Abstract [en]

The thesis have been completed with the support of Konesko joint-stock company whose main business area is manufacturing electrical motors, electrical boxes – switchboards, e – rooms and overhead traveling cranes to its main cooperation partner Konecranes OY. In the course of this thesis work was designed bench frame for the load bench of electric motors, executed the calculations of the welding and economics. For the frame of electric motors load bench was used square cold – rolled square tubes, which dimensions were 70 x 70 x 5. For welding the load bench frame together there was use hand arc welding in another word MMA in another word electrode welding. The electric motors load bench frame must withstand up to 450 kg severity while the motor is being tested under the load. Given load bench purpose is to start testing electric motors in size M06 to M28 and therefore reduce the number of incoming reclamations up to 80 %. With the load bench of electric motors it’s a plan to start testing motors at 60 Hz, which during testing are measured the motors parameters and vibration. The load test on motors helps to identify can given motor be sent to the client or not, as well improve the quality of motors that are being sent out. In the economic part there is calculated the costs for materials that was used in load bench frame, testing devices and employee payroll. The conclusions showed that if the load bench would have been in use 2016 then the company would have saved 72 451,80 euros form incoming reclamations. Given that the electric motors load bench is at least a five year investment then the companys profit over five years would be approximately ≈ 250,000 eurot
