Abstract

Töökäigus saadi ettekujutus mobiilsest pinnasesõelast, mistõttu saavutati ka lõputöös seatud kriteeriumid. Masin suudeti projekteerida selliselt, et tegemist oleks kerghaagisega, mida on lihtne kasutada. Pinnasesõela kavandamisel suudeti täita liiklusregistri nõuded, mistõttu saab valmis prototüüpi autoregistris arvele võtta. Kergesti transporditavat mobiilset pinnasesõela on otstarbekas valmistada, kui osta valmis toode ja seda modifitseerida. Töövahendi valmimise korral oleks palju potentsiaalseid kliente, kuna selle suurimaks eeliseks on transporditavus sõiduautoga. Peamised kliendid oleksid majaomanikud, kes tahavad oma kinnistuid korrastada ning haljastus ja maastiku korrastus ettevõted, kes pakuvad antud valdkonnas teenust. Võrreldes teiste analoogsete toodetega on mobiilne pinnasesõel projekteeritud eesmärgiga transportida vahend haljastusobjektidele lihtsa vaevaga. Selle puuduseks on toodangu langus. Masina kasutamine on üsna mugav, kuid selle efektiivsus on väiksem kui teistel. Masin ei sobi neile, kes loodavad saada väikesest masinast ja suurt toodangut. Töö eesmärk oli välja töötada sõel, mis oleks kergesti kasutatav ja kompaktne. Mobiilse sõela omahind võrreldes teise turul olevate analoogidega on hinnaklassilt sama, kuna kasutame vähem materjale kui teised, ent kasutusel on kallimad komponendid. Omamaksumuseks saavutati 10 534,63 €, mida on võimalik tulevikus langetada. Kuna tegemis on prototüübi hinnaga, siis võime oletada, et tuleviku on võimalik seda vähendada rohkem kui 50%. Antud lõputöö eesmärgiks oli panna inimesi mõtlema, kuidas hoida ressursse kokku. Mobiilne pinnasesõel aitab vähendada veoautode maanteetransporti ning pinnast uuesti kasutada, mis vähendab selle sisseostu või kaevanduse kulusid. Seeläbi saab klient raha säästa ning ettevõtte kasumit suurendada.

Abstract [en]

During the work process a vision of the mobile soil sifter was accomplished, moreover the criteria of the research were also achieved. The purpose of the projected machine was to be used as a lightweight trailer, which is easy to use. During the build process legal regulations were followed for it to be possible to register the finished machine for road use. Buying the basic soil sifter and adjusting it for the need is more practical than building it from the start. Its main advantage is its transportability by car and due to that there are a lot of potential clients and need for this kind of machine. The mobile soil sifter is targeted at property owners who wish to do maintenance work at their properties. The main goal of projected mobile sifter is to make its transport easier. Machines disadvantage is the capacity. The use of machine is convenient, however its productivity is much smaller than others. It would not suit for clients who want compact machine with higher production. The aim of the machine was on facilitating transport and usage. The mobile sifter’s net cost is the same as the similar products in the market. The engineering of the machine would take less material than for others, however the needed components are more expensive. Net cost would be 10,534.63€. It is estimated that in future, the price may decrease more than 50% due to the fact that the projected machine is prototype. The purpose of the research was to make people think how to manage resources effectively. Mobile soil sifter helps to reduce trucks in traffic and reuse the peeled ground, which decreases expenses of soil, transport and quarrying. Due to that client can save money and increase the profit.
