Abstract

Tellija soovis võtta kasutusele numbrilised suurused, seega on paljundusskeemi koostades vastavat soovi arvesse võetud. Paigutusjoonised on tehtud arvutiprogrammis, mille järgi arvutati välja kangakulu. Lõputöö põhjal valmisid kõikidest välja valitud mudelitest prototüübid.

Abstract [en]

This final paper and cooperation of the company resulted in creation of the indoor workwear for construction workers. The first set consists of a jacket with elongated back and trousers, and the second set consists of dungarees with fleece and a jacket. The purpose of this work was to design products, that would satisfy wishes of both consumers and the customer. On the first stage, i.e. as part of the product development project, the consumer requirements and competing products were analyzed. The analysis showed what kind of requirements should be set up to the manufactured products, it also helped to reveal the critical target values for different requirements. Next, primary rough designs were created. A final decision between the designs were made together with the company’s representative. Next, basic clothing patterns were constructed for all products; in accordance with the changes made in the course of mock-up fits-on, the modified patterns were constructed. After the patterns were corrected, they were digitalised in a computer program, and pattern grading was done to sizes 46-58. The schematic drawings were made in a computer program, in which the expenditure of fabric was also calculated. Based on the final paper, the prototypes of all selected designs were made.
