Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö teemana on käsitletud Maardusse, Vana-Narva maantee 5b, ehitatud Tallinki logistikakeskuse ehitusgeodeetilist teenindamist. Antud objekti näitel saab aimu, millised on tähtsaimad geodeetilised tööd taoliste laohoonete ehitamisel. Ning samuti saab aimu, millised on geodeetiliste tööde täpsused hoonete ehitamisel ja kas seda ka antud objektil täideti. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud geodeetilised tööd alusvõrkude loomisel, märkimistöödel ja teostusmõõdistustel, samuti on kirjeldatud, milliseid geodeetilisi vahendeid nende tööde tegemisel kasutati ja mida tuleks ehitusobjektil geodeetilisi töid tehes tähele panna. Märkimistöid oli objektil mitmeid, mida hoone ehitusel tellijal vaja oli ning samuti tuli peale ehitust need ka ära teostada, mida oli ehitatud. Antud lõputöös ongi selgitatud, kuidas selliseid märkimistöid tehti ja millise täpsusega ning samuti, kuidas teostust tehti ja kas oli ehitatud nii täpselt, kui vaja. Lõputöös on ka arutletud, kuidas oleks saanud antud töid teha efektiivsemalt autori arvates. Teema oli huvitav, kuna tihti soovitakse geodeedilt sellist märkimistööd või teostusmõõdistust nagu antud objektil. Ning seega oleks huvitav ka teistel lugeda, kuidas sellise hoone ehitusel mingeid märkimistöid teha või milliseid teostusmõõdistusi teha. Huvitav on see teema ka sellepärast, et näidata, kui tähtis on suhelda tellijaga, et ei oleks valearusaamasid ja töö tehtaks nii nagu vaja on. Autori arvates võib taolisi ehitusgeodeetiliste tööde teostamisi kasutada ka mujal sarnaste hoonete ehitusel. Kuna objekt sai valmis ja probleeme selle jooksul ei tekkinud.

Abstract [en]

The subject of this final paper is the geodetic survey of Tallink logistics centre, built on Vana-Narva mnt 5b in Maardu. Based on this object it is possible to get the picture of which are the most important geodetic works when building this type of warehouses. Likewise, this paper provides an overview of which are the accuracies of the geodetic works in constructing houses and whether these standards were achieved in case of this object. The final paper describes geodetic surveys in making ground grid, marking works and as-built measurements; also which geodetic equipment was used for performing these works and what should be paid attention to when carrying out geodetic surveys at the construction site. The object had several marking works that were necessary for the client in the construction and also, these were needed to be carried out after the construction. This paper explains how these markings were done and at which accuracy and also, how these works were carried out and whether everything was built exactly to the plan. This paper also discussed how the works could have been performed more efficiently. The subject was interesting because surveyors must often carry out the marking works or as-built measurements similar to this object. Therefore, it would be interesting for others as well to read how to carry out markings or which as-built measurements to make in the construction of this type of building. This subject is also interesting because it is necessary to show how important is the communication with the client for not having misunderstandings and the work is carried out according to the plan. The author believes that the execution of these geodetic surveys could also be used for other similar constructions because the object was completed and no problems arose within the time.
