Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli koostada J.Kunderi põik kortermajade 6/1, 6/2, 6/3 ehitustööde organiseerimine. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud objekti erinevate konstruktsioonide konstruktiivset lahendust ning kasutatavaid hoone tehnosüsteeme. Majandusosas on välja toodud ehituse koondeelarve ning objekti kogumaksumus, milleks kujunes 6 446 309,44 €. Ehitusplatsi organiseerimiskuludeks kujunes 538 107,46 €, mis moodustas kogu objekti maksumusest 8,34 %. Lõputöös on esitatud hoone maa-aluse osa monoliitsest raudbetoonist rajatava konstruktsiooni tehnoloogiakaardid, mis on lahendatud oma suure mahukuse tõttu erinevate haardealade kaupa. Välja on toodud tehnoloogiakaartides nendes etappides vajaminevad tööriistad ning ühtlasi ennetatakse erinevaid probleeme, mis võiksid tekkida nende konstruktsioonide rajamisel. Ehitustööde alguseks on planeeritud 14.detsember.2015, kõigi kolme hoone tuule- ja veetihedaks saamine peaks saavutatud olema 28.oktoobriks 2016. Viimased ehitustööd lõpetatakse 24.märtsiks 2017. Antud lõputöö koostamine andis autorile võimaluse oma teadmisi täiendada monoliitsete raudbetoon konstruktsioonide osas ning aitas paremini mõista erinevaid tehnoloogilisi protsesse. Tähtis on võimalikult palju vigu ennetada, millest võiksid tuleneda hilisemad seisakud ehitusel. Erilist tähelepanu tuleks pöörata rõhku tööohutusele betoonitööde valdkonnas.

Abstract [en]

The topic of this final paper is Organisation of the Construction Works of the Apartment Buildings at Kunderi Põik. The buildings are located in Tallinn’s City Centre District, between J. Kunderi Street and Tartu mnt. The site comprises an underground parking level and three separate apartment buildings. The construction of the building has been ordered by 3DHANSA OÜ and the chief designer is Maru Ehitus AS. The topic of the final paper has been chosen from the work portfolio of Maru Ehitus AS. The author of the final paper has been provided access to the building design documents of the building to be built and has used these when preparing the final paper. In the final paper, the author describes the construction preparation process, the source data of the building and the construction terms, provides an overview of constructive parts, and describes the utility systems. The budget of the building has been provided by Maru Ehitus AS. A short summary of all construction processes is given and a general plan of the construction site prepared. The consolidated calendar schedule and the consolidated budget of the site have also been prepared. In the final paper, the lifting mechanisms required for the building to be constructed are determined. The financial part presents the consolidated construction budget, and the total cost of the site, which is EUR 6,446,309.44. The organisation cost of the construction site is EUR 538,107.46, which makes up 8.34% of the total cost of the site. The final paper presents the technological maps of the monolithic reinforced concrete structure to be built for the underground (0-cycle) part of the building, divided into catchment areas due to the large size. The technological maps set out the tools required in these stanges and the author discusses various problems that might arise in these stages. The planned start date for construction works was 14 December 2015. All three buildings should be windproof and waterproof by 28 October 2016. The final stages of construction should be completed by 24 March 2017. The final paper gave the author an opportunity to expand his knowledge of monolithic reinforced concrete structures and helped him to better understand various technological processes. It is important to avoid as many mistakes as possible that might later cause work stoppage in construction. Special attention should be paid to work safety in the field of concrete works.
