Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö „Survevaluvormi projekteerimine ja valmistamistehnoloogia“ sisuks oli plastikust detaili „Rõngas“ survevaluvormi projekteerimine ja valmistamistehnoloogia väljatöötamine ettevõtte Roomet ja Melrosten OÜ seadmete võimalusi arvesse võttes. Valmistatav vorm on projekteeritud plastiku 1,5% kahanemist arvestades mõõtmetelt suurem. Pressist väljuv detaili mahub nõutud tolerantsi ISO 2768 CL lubatud piiridesse (kuni 0,8mm).

Abstract [en]

The thesis „Insection Mold Engineering and Production Technology“ is about engineering an insection mould considering the machinery capability of the company Roomet ja Melrosten OÜ. Insection mould is a tool for manfacturing the plastic detail „Rõngas“. The purpose of the thesis was to find a solution how to select the right components for insection mould assembly and describe different metal production technologies to succeed accurate tool for production of detail „Rõngas“.
