Abstract

Lõputöös on kirjeldatud geodeetilise alusplaani koostamist sidetrassi ELA 096 III etapp projekteerimise jaoks, mis läbis maa- alalt: Ida-Virumaa Lüganuse vald, Kohtla vald, Jõhvi vald, Kohtla-Järve linn Järve ja Ahtme linnaosad. Töö tellijaks oli Eltel Networks AS. Objekti ligikaudne pindala oli 123 ha ja kogupikkus 44,3 km. Geodeetline alusplaan koostati valdavalt mõõtkavas 1: 1000, tiheasustusaladel mõõtkavas 1:500. Enamus maa- alast mõõdistati GNSS mõõdistamisega. Tiheasustusaladel ja kohtades, kus GNSS polnud võimalik, kasutati elektrontahhümeetrit. Lõputöö autori arvates oli õige otsus mõõdistada enamus maa- ala GNSS mõõdistamisega, sest mõõdistamistäpsus oli piisav. Terve objekti mõõdistamine elektrontahhümeetriga ja selle jaoks käigu rajamine oleks olnud väga ajakulukas. Kokkuvõtteks võib öelda, et kogu töö protsessi vältel suuremaid probleeme ei tekkinud. Mõned väiksemaid probleemid olid aga need kõik lahendati ja töö tulemusele need mingit mõju ei avaldanud.

Abstract [en]

The thesis describes how to draft a geodetic base plan for the third phase of the ELA 096, a communication route that goes through these areas in East-Viru County: Lüganuse Parish, Kohtla Parish, Jõhvi Parish, Järve and Ahtme boroughs in Kohtla-Järve. The client of this plan was Eltel Networks Ltd of Estonia. The approximate area of the target was 123 ha and the total length was 44,3 km. The scale of the geodetic base plan is mainly 1:1000, in densely populated areas 1: 1500. The majority of the area was surveyed by GNSS surveying. In densely populated areas and in places where using GNSS surveying was not possible an electron tachymeter was used. The author`s analysis showed that it was the right decision to use GNSS surveying as the accuracy of surveying was sufficient. Using an electron tachymeter for surveying the whole area and establishing a track for it would have been too time consuming. To conclude, there were no complications during the process of the project. All the minor problems were solved and they had no effect on the result of the project.
