Abstract

Teostusmõõdistamine ning hoonete mõõdistamine on geodeetide põhilised ülesanded, millega peaaegu igapäevaselt kokku puututakse. Käesolevas lõputöös on antud ülevaade hoonete mõõdistamisest ja teostusmõõdistamisest moodulmaja „Koda“ näitel. Lõputöö koosneb teoreetilisest ning praktilisest poolest. Teoreetiline pool töös kirjeldab hoonete mõõdistust ja sellega seonduvat, erinevaid täpsusnõudeid ning samuti hoonete mõõdistamisviise. Kuna objekt on mõõdistatud elektrontahhümeetriga, siis oluline osa on elektrontahhümeetri täpsushinnangutel, mis on samuti kajastatud lõputöös. Põgusalt on toodud ka ülevaade geodeetilistest võrkude rajamisest, viisidest ja täpsustest. Lõputöö praktilises pooles kirjeldatakse moodulmaja „Koda“ mõõdistamist ning on toodud välja erinevad joonised mõõdistamistulemustest. Lisades on kajastatud laserskaneerimiseks vajaminevate tähiste mõõdistamise tulemused. Kuna objekti mõõdistamisel kasutati 5" nurgamääramise täpsusega elektrontahhümeetrit, arvutati mõõdistustäpsuse hindamiseks nelja punkti näitel mõõtemääramatused. Iga valitud punkti puhul oli mõõtemääramatuse suuruseks ±3mm, mida võib lugeda heaks tulemuseks. Samuti viidi läbi võrdlus mõõdetud mudeli ja projektse mudeli vahel. Võrdluseks kasutati viite „Koda“ seinapaneeli. Tulemustes võib näha, et kõige väiksemate erinevustega on seinapaneel SP-05 ja SP-02 (0 mm ja +3 mm), (0 mm ja -3 mm) ning kõige suuremate erinevustega on SP-03, erinevustega (+7 mm, -4 mm). Arvestades juurde ehituslikud tolerantsid, milleks on ±1 mm, siis sobituvad tulemused veelgi rohkem. Erinevuste abil arvutati keskmine viga (+1 mm) ja standardhälve (±3 mm).

Abstract [en]

Carrying out as-built surveying and building surveying are the main tasks surveyors have to deal with almost every day. This final paper gives an overview of building surveying and as-built surveying on the basis of an example of a prefabricated house “Koda”. The final paper consists of a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of the paper describes building surveying and issues related to it, various requirements for accuracy and also building surveying methods. As for surveying the object, an electronic tacheometer was used. Accuracy evaluations of the electronic tacheometer play an important role and are also discussed in the final paper. A brief overview is also given on the installation of geodetic networks, methods and accuracy thereof. The practical part of the final paper describes surveying of the prefabricated house “Koda” and contains various drawings prepared based on the surveying results. As the object surveying was carried out with the help of an electronic tacheometer with the 5" angle detection precision, then in order to evaluate surveying accuracy, uncertainty of measurement was calculated based on the example of four points. In case of each chosen point, the value of uncertainty of measurement was ±3 mm, which can be considered a good result. Also a comparison of the surveyed model and designed model was carried out. For comparison five wall panels of "Koda" were used. The results show that the smallest deviations were detected regarding wall panels SP-05 and SP-02 (0 mm and +3 mm), (0 mm and -3 mm) and the biggest deviations were noticed regarding SP-03, deviations (+7 mm, -4 mm). When structural tolerances of ±1 mm are added, the results fit even better. Based on deviations average error (+1 mm) and standard tolerance (±3 mm) were calculated.
