Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on koostatud projekt Sae- Kaasiku km 0.2 asuva Sae silla ümberehitamiseks monteeritavaks terastorusillaks. Kuna olemasolev sild on täielikult amortiseerunud ei ole mõistlik teostada remonttöid ning ainus lahendus on ehitada uus sild. Projektis esitatud lahendus näeb ette vana silla lammutamise, uue monteeritava terastoru silla ehitamise ja 260 m pikkuse teelõigu täieliku rekonstrueerimise. Valitud terastorusilla ristprofiil tagab vete äravoolu ka kevadise suurvee ajal. Terastoru sild on ökonoomne ja töökindel lahendus, mis võiks ideaalselt sobida kohaliku omavalitsuse eelarvesse. Silla ümberehitamine parandab oluliselt liiklusohutust ning jõesängi korrastamine ja tolmuvaba katte ehitamine keskkonnaohutust. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud kõiki töid, mahte ning maksumusi mis kaasnevad silla ümberehitustöödega. Lisaks on esitatud nõuded materjalidele ning teostatavatele töödele. Käesolev lõputöö on abiks kohalikule omavalitsusele parima lahenduse valimiseks ning lähtematerjaliks tulevase torusilla tehnilise projekti koostamisele.

Abstract [en]

The topic of the thesis is design project of Reconstruction of Sae Bridge into a Pipe Arch Bridge on the Road 3630053 Sae- Kaasiku km 0.2". Because of total amortization, repairing of the current bridge is not reasonable and the only solution is to construct a new bridge. The solution presented in this design project previses demolition of the current bridge, construction of a new Pipe Arch Bridge and total reconstruction of the 260 m long road section. The selected cross section of a Pipe Arch Bridge guarantees sufficient water flow during the flood season in the spring. Pipe Arch Bridge is very economic and reliable solution and it should accommodate to budget of the Local Authorities. The reconstruction of the current bridge improves traffic safety. Due to recreation of the river bed and building dust- free road the Environment safety is also improved. This thesis describes all the work methods, volumes and costs which occur during the reconstruction works. This thesis also provides requirements of materials and construction works. This thesis will help Local Authorithies to choose the best solution for the reconstruction of Sae bridge and it will be the source material for potential Pipe Arch Bridge technical project.
