Abstract

Lõputöös teostati tugevusarvutused Laagri Tennisekeskuse puitkonstruktsioonide leidmiseks. Lõputöös leiti konstruktsioonidele mõjuvad koormused, koostati projekteerimistarkvaraga Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis arvutusmudelid ja teostati arvutused kandekonstruktsioonides kasutatavate materjalide tugevusklasside ja ristlõigete leidmiseks. Dimensioneerimisele kuulusid jäigastussidemena töötav kandev profiilplekk, abitalad, peatala ning hoone keskel paiknevad postid. Profiilpleki dimensioneerimisel kasutati projekteerimistarkvara Ruukki Poimu. Kandvaks profiilplekiks valiti Ruukki T130M-75L-930, paksusega 0,9 mm ja terase margiga S350. Kõikide dimensioneeritud liimpuidust tarindite tugevusklassiks valiti GL28h. Abitaladeks, mille sildeavad on 21 m, valiti liimpuittalad ristlõikega 200x1400 mm. Abitaladeks, mille sildeavad on 18,5 m, valiti liimpuittalad ristlõikega 200x1240. Peataladeks valiti liimpuittalad ristlõikega 240x1800. Posti ristlõikeks valiti 400x400 mm. Graafilises osas on välja toodud ka võimalikud sõlmlahendused. Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärk – kasutada õpitud teadmisi konstruktsioonide arvutamisel, arvutustulemuste analüüsmisel ja tutvuda projekteerimistarkvaraga Autodesk Robot Structural Analysison – on saavutatud.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis is to design the wooden structures for the Laagri Tennisekeskus sports hall, using acquired knowledge to prepare design calculations and to analyse the calculation results. The basis of this thesis is the architectural design project which corresponds to the detailed plan established by Saue Municipal Government. The sports hall has been planned for construction in close proximity to Laagri School. The thesis includes the loads the structures are exposed to, calculation models made with the Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis design software and calculations to determine the strength classes and cross-sections of the materials used in the load-bearing structures. Dimensioning included a stiffening corrugated iron plate, supporting beams, the main beam and the posts located in the centre of the building. The corrugated iron plate was dimensioned with the Ruukki Poimu design software. Ruukki T130M-75L-930 was chosen as the load-bearing corrugated ironplate, with a thickness of 0.9 mm and steel grade S350. GL28h was chosen as the strength class of all of the dimensioned laminated timber structures. The supporting beams with a bearing distance of 21 m will be made of laminated timber with a cross-section of 200x1400 mm. The supporting beams with a bearing distance of 18,5 m will be made of laminated timber with a cross-section of 200x1240 mm. The main beams will be made of laminated timber with a cross-section of 240x1800. The cross-section of the post will be 400x400 mm. In addition to design calculations, the thesis also sets out possible assembly solutions. The aim of this thesis – to use acquired knowledge to prepare design calculations and to analyse the calculation results and to learn more about the Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis design software– was achieved.
