Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärk oli välja töötada ettevõtte BLRT Valukoda OÜ-lt tellitud elektrimootori otsakilbi, programmiga 4000 tükki aastas, valamise tehnoloogia, samuti teostada majandusliku tasuvuse analüüs. Valandi tootmise aluseks võeti kliendi poolt tehtud mehaanilise töötlemise joonis ja tehnilised nõuded. Valandi tootmiseks vajaliku mudeli valmistamisel analüüsiti mehaanilise töötlemise joonist, määrati vajalikud töötlusvarud, valukalded ning raadiused. Antud lõputöö annab hea ülevaate furaani baasil vormitava malmivalu põhimõttest ja töö käigust. Töös vaadeldakse valandi valmistamise eri etappe, saamaks selgust vajamineva valandi tootmise võimalikkusest ja võimalike kitsaskohtade kaardistamisest BLRT Valukoda OÜ-s kasutusel oleva valutehnoloogiaga. Lõputöös on käsitletud uute toodete juurutamisel teostatavat tehnoloogia sobivuse kontrolli. Samuti on vaadeldud eeldatavaid norm aegu. Saadud andmed aitavad ettevõttel edaspidi uute toodete töösse võtmisel täpsemini teha toodetele majanduslikku analüüsi, teha täpsemaid hinnapakkumisi ja leida optimaalne tellimuse täitmise tähtaeg. Töö tulemuseks on konkurentsivõimeline toode, seda nii hinna kui ka kvaliteedi poolest. Läänemere regioonis on analoogsete valandite hinnavahemik ligikaudu kaks eurot kilogramm. Antud lõputööst selgub, et ettevõttes BLRT Valukoda OÜ-s kasutatava tehnoloogia puhul on võimalik toota kõnealune valand hinnaga, mis tagab täielikult konkurentsivõimekuse.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis was to develop a casting technology of an endshield of electrical engine ordered from BLRT Valukoda OÜ with a programme of 4000 pieces per year and conduct an analysis of the economic profitability of the process. A sketch of the mechanical machining and technical requirements given by the client were taken as a basis for the producing of the casting. To create the model necessary for the producing of the casting, the mechanical machining sketch was analysed, necessary machining allowances, drafts and radiuses were determined. This thesis provides a good overview of the principle and working process of the furan based casting. To clarify the possibility and possible limitations in producing the casting with the technology available in BLRT Valukoda OÜ, different stages of the producing of the detail were observed. The question of the quality control as well as presumable standard time by introduction of new products is analysed in the thesis. These data help the company to make the economic analysis and price offers more accurate and to find an optimal time for fulfilling the order when introducing new products. The result of this thesis is a competitive product for both, price and quality. The price of analogical castings in the Baltic sea region is approximately 2 euros per kilogram. In this thesis it is found out that with the technology in use in the BLRT Valukoda OÜ it is possible to produce the casting in question with a producing cost which ensure that the product is competitive.
